This was my first visit to a B&B and it could not have been any better! Doug and his wife are very warm and gracious to all of their guests and visitors. The food is excellent and would definitely return for just the food alone. The rooms are quite spacious, quiet and appointed very well. The location of the Red...

Thirty one years ago, we celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at The Red Rocker Inn. as happens, as the years past, life and sometimes, lack of money got in the way of anniversary celebrations. But, this year, June 29, for our 56th, at the last moment we decided to see if there were any vacancies. Needless to say it worked...

Happy 56th Anniversary, once again. We love to see people celebrating their marriage, so maybe you won't have to wait so long before you come back again. Wishing you many more anniversaries to come!

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The innkeepers are very nice and accommodating. It was very relaxing to sit on the front porch and unwind. The food at the inn is outstanding. I believe it is the best "inn" food we have ever had!!

My fiancé and I spent the evening on Saturday Night, June 13, 2015. The B&B is so beautiful and quiet right in the neighborhood of Black Mountain. Doug and Jenny are very helpful and not only is this a great place to stay, they have a five star restaurant on the premises. Very relaxing and walking distance to the main...

Friends strongly recommended the Red Rocker Inn when we mentioned our trip to see the Biltmore Estate. Just a short drive away from the Biltmore, the Inn is nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood of Black Mountain. Check in was handled by one of the owners. He explained the facility and also was able to provide discounted tickets for our...

Hello Friend! Thank you for taking the time to write such a nice and well-thought out review. We're so glad you took the advice of your friend and that you enjoyed your stay here. At first, I was puzzled about the "tilted floor" comment you left, but I think you may be right! Sometimes you get a little quirkiness in...

From the minute we walked in the door Doug made us feel right at home. Our room was unique and comfortable. We made dinner reservations and had a wonderful dinner. Enjoyed the pot roast and blueberry cobbler. We relaxed on the front porch after dinner in the RED ROCKERS and was later joined by Jenny after she was done hosting...

We've stayed at the Inn several times and each time have felt welcomed. We've stayed with our children each time, most recently when they were 6 and 11. They too love the B&B. The owners are friendly, helpful and make a tasty breakfast. The B&B is a great rambling house with lots of different types of rooms, interesting to walk...

I was in the area for a business meeting. I was able to stay in a comfortable room with a full bed. It had everything I needed, including wonderful high-speed internet. Breakfast was amazing the first day. The second, I checked out early to drive home. Although I missed the hot breakfast, they sent me away with homemade banana bread,...

The Red Rocker Inn is by far the best B&B I have ever stayed in anywhere, including B&B's in Europe. Their Southern hospitality makes you feel like you are staying at a dear friend's home. Every possible need is met and it is anticipated so most of the time you don't even have to ask for something, they offer to...
