Attended a conference here and the property is older and a tad run down. The location is super convenient. The staff is helpful and nice. If you are looking for elegance you should skip this one. For a decent nights stay it is ok.

Much better than expected, and a great value to boot! Staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was one the best I've had----that came with the room rate. Bar had plenty of TVs to watch Horse Racing and Football at the same time.

Hotel room was very clean and updated nicely. This is an old Ramada Inn that has been refurbished. The hallways are still older feeling, but our room was nice. Staff was friendly, although front desk clerk (upon our arrival) was not dressed professionally. The food at breakfast was pretty good. Over-all: dated hotel but nice room and decent food. I... Stayed here because I couldn't get a hotel in Winston-Salem for less than $230 a night due to the High Point furniture show. It was only 10 miles away and I'm glad I did. It's obviously an older hotel but I liked the "charm". The lobby is unique with winding stairways at each end to the upper floor and the... More

We live the in area and I will occasionally "kidnap" my wife for a surprise overnight getaway from the house, the bills, the yard work and just life, to just enjoy the company of each other for a night or two. This is a great place for just that. The building may not be flashy but it's certainly clean and... More

When your stay starts with 200 people milling around the entrance of a not large hotel you know it wasn't going to go well. The hotel also refused our booking for a king room as they had given our room to someone else even though we had called to confirm our prepaid late check in. There is a price list... More

I often visit Winston on business but this hotel takes the cake when it comes to professionalism and service. From the time I approached the front desk to the time I left I was treated with the best service ever. Dillon , the manager was most helpful and made me feel like I was more family than a visitor. We spent one night at Village Inn while driving from Maine to Florida. While trying to make good time getting back home, we didn't have a reserved room and found this great deal on Trip Advisor. Checking in late at night, we found the beds comfortable and a clean room. We received a voucher for the breakfast buffet which was... More

The Village Inn was conveniently located for playing golf at Tanglewood park. The rooms were very updated, comfortable and clean. The restaurant was also convenient and well staffed and friendly. We were there for Taco Tuesday and and the food was quite good.
