We came to Durham to plan our wedding and wanted a cheap, but nice play to stay and we got exactly that. The hotel has been renovated and is clean, tidy, in the perfect location and the staff was superb. Breakfast service was fantastic. Will definitely stay here again.

This hotel has to be one of the cleanest and neatest ones I've have ever stayed in! Very friendly staff. Easy access to hotel. Pool looked nice, but I didn't use it. The bed was extremely comfortable, room was spotless and in fantastic shape. I love a clean and neat hotel room!!

Clean, comfortable rooms. Friendly, helpful staff. I'm picky about hotel bathrooms and the Courtyard's are some of the better ones; water pressure is great, they're clean, and the shower is roomy! The price is reasonable.

Hotel is close very close to RTP and Southpoint mall and airport. Never felt that it was more than a quick drive to these places. Hotel is located close to I40 and so close that you can sometimes here the noise from the freeway if your balcony faced that way, but I would say it was not disturbing sleep. The...

The hotel lobby was clean and neat and the front desk clerks were very nice and professional. Check-in was easy and hassle free. Our room was very nice and so quiet for getting a good nights sleep. We did find someone's food in a bag on the balcony, obviously leftover from the last guest so thorough cleaning was not a...

We came in town for a ball game and ended up taking care of a sick girlfriend. The Bistro in the lobby was a life saver. It allowed me to get food without having to leave the hotel. The room was lovely, the price was reasonable and I will stay there again when I am in the area.

My room was facing a very busy road which would probably disrupt most people's sleep. I play brown noise for sleep and set it to repeat on my phone and my tablet to drown out all but the sirens. There was no fridge or microwave which was listed on the website but they brought me one and said they are...

Nothing about this Courtyard blew me away, but then again a Courtyard doesn't typically do that. When I am traveling for business I want predictability. It should be easy to get in and out, and it should be conveniently located. And while I am there it should be clean and conducive to work. It was most of these things. On...

Due to work in the area, I have been staying at the Courtyard by Marriott at RTP every week since September. Wonderful front desk staff, excellent Bistro staff and I have not had one complaint about my room. Plenty of places to eat close by as well as Southpoint Mall a couple of miles away. Check in and out is...
