Very nice, comfortable room. Staff friendly and very helpful. Walking path across the street was wonderful. Great location. Didn't eat large breakfast but it smelled delicious. Home nade granola very tasty. Would stay there again.

We stayed at the King's Daughters Inn for our anniversary in September. I stumbled onto the Inn by searching for boutique hotels in Durham. The Inn is located on the edge of Trinity Park, not far from Brightleaf Square, and also very close to Duke. The Inn is a converted home for women, and it has a bit of age...

I was planning a surprise 1-night getaway for my husband ! I called the day of and booked everything. The staff actually cared and was excited for our plans. Everything was perfect! The inn does not feel hotel-ish and has ALOT of character. The staff was very helpful and always available. It's right beside Duke and 9th street, which is...

King's Daughter was the perfect place to stay while moving my Daughter into her Dorm on East Campus at Duke. The staff is excellent, and was very helpful. And the location cannot be beat. What could have been a very stressful experience, was thoroughly pleasant. We were actually able to enjoy quality time in our comfortable room. And move in...

Just had a fantastic overnight with my wife as a little anniversary getaway. It's a beautifully restored building giving it wonderful charm. Great surroundings with a lot to enjoy in walking distance. We were able to see many of the rooms. Each was very uniquely decorated, and they have managed to find a wonderful balance of elegance and coziness throughout....

First of all, the website is excellent in describing each of the 17 unique rooms. We stayed in the Moss Room and would stay there again. This boutique hotel is in a large old home that has been renovated to perfection....soundproofing in each room, magnificent showers, perfect décor. The rooms are spacious. The bedding was the best quality I have...

We stayed at the King's Daughter's Inn for our 20th wedding anniversary and to drop our son off for his freshman year at Duke. The proximity to East Campus was amazing. On our drive from Tampa, the air conditioning went out in our car , so the complimentary water and soda in the lobby was greatly appreciated. The greeters at...

We've stayed 4 times, each in a different room. Favorite room is Saunders. Has a great separate sunroom perfect for reading and relaxing. Great breakfast. Plenty of spaces to sit back and relax. Will be back again.

Considering this building was used for 100 years as an old women's home, then sat vacant until recently, what has arisen from the ashes is fit for royalty. Each room is decorated with beautiful period furniture, a blend of art deco, and earlier periods. The inn was like a museum, with so many artifacts, books, etc. Our room was first...

Wow- We are so thrilled you enjoyed the exceptional charm of KDI! Often the smallest details make the biggest impact, don't they? A little touch, like water pressure, makes SUCH a difference when starting your day! Every, even little things, matter here. Thank you for your keen eye- We truly appreciate your review.
