I stayed there one night and checked out thought I would get my job done, I didn't so I went back and checked back in to another room the bed in the first room was bad and hurt my back second room was much better

We are always happy to hear that a guest has returned, our guest's comfort is important to us. I was surprised to hear one of our beds hurt your back, all of our rooms have brand new mattresses with double pillow tops. I would be interested to know what room so the mattress could be checked.

I am not happy to report my stay was not good. I checked in Friday morning the 30th of Dec. for a 2 night stay. The front desk person was very helpful by allowing me to check in at 9AM because she stated she had a clean room available and I told her I was not going to the room...

There has to be some cleaner options for individuals with pets. This motel is closest to my sister that is pet friendly. I will continue to search. The room had a bad odor, I had to sanitize everything I felt I would have to touch. Light fixtures, wall, toilet, refrigerator, etc was nasty. I just felt gross. I kept my...

We are sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay with us, I assure you all rooms are cleaned and sanitized after every check out , sometimes we miss somethings that can be resolved easily if our guests would let us know immediately, the odor in the room was from pet's and has since been corrected.

As accomodating as the night staff is and was, the Assistant Manager should learn to be courteous and polite to the guest to have MANY options nearby for other accomodations. She is NOT an asset to this organization and should consider finding a job where she does not have to interact with people. Or perhaps she just woke up on...

In the past 10 yrs there has been very few complaints about the Assistant Manager, she is polite, pleasant and goes out of her way to accommodate all her guest's.
