I recently stayed at this hotel for two nights and was less than pleased. I asked for a no smoking room and you can tell that previous occupants have smoked in it from the smell and the cigarette burn in the comforter and the rug. The room was dirty, found someone's ond key card envelope on the floor and empty...

We apologize for the issues you found in the room, although we can not control the guests that continue to smoke in the non smoking room's we can and have resolved all issues regarding the cleanliness of the room, again we apologize and hope you will continue to be a valued guest at our establishment.

We have been staying at this location fro over a year on a regular basis but the last few times have been beyond terrible. Our last stay was rudely interrupted all night by several people meeting in the parking lot yelling, laughing, screaming, screeching tires, overloud pick up trucks, it continued all evening and half the night, we finally packed...

We want all of our guest's to feel safe and comfortable during their stay.On occasion we do get people that are unpleasant,loud and rude..When our front desk staff are notified we try to handle the situation as quickly as possible if the commotion continues we remove the guest's from the property.We never let them know who had complained. I stayed there one night and checked out thought I would get my job done, I didn't so I went back and checked back in to another room the bed in the first room was bad and hurt my back second room was much better

We are always happy to hear that a guest has returned, our guest's comfort is important to us. I was surprised to hear one of our beds hurt your back, all of our rooms have brand new mattresses with double pillow tops. I would be interested to know what room so the mattress could be checked.

I am not happy to report my stay was not good. I checked in Friday morning the 30th of Dec. for a 2 night stay. The front desk person was very helpful by allowing me to check in at 9AM because she stated she had a clean room available and I told her I was not going to the room...

There has to be some cleaner options for individuals with pets. This motel is closest to my sister that is pet friendly. I will continue to search. The room had a bad odor, I had to sanitize everything I felt I would have to touch. Light fixtures, wall, toilet, refrigerator, etc was nasty. I just felt gross. I kept my...

We are sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay with us, I assure you all rooms are cleaned and sanitized after every check out , sometimes we miss somethings that can be resolved easily if our guests would let us know immediately, the odor in the room was from pet's and has since been corrected.
