This is an older building with several rooms to rent upstairs with a restaurant downstairs. Beds were comfortable but be warned that there is a train track directly across the street and trains pass loudly in the middle of the night (at least twice). There was a claw footed tub in our room and there is no tv or phone....

I really wish I had read these reviews before staying here. The way that management interacts with their visitors is exactly the way I see them interacting when guests are commenting and giving constructive criticism of the inn. We came here for a nice weekend to get away and rest and we did not rest at all. The rooms are...

We stayed overnight at the Iron Horse & had dinner in the saloon. This is a gorgeous hotel restored from the 1890s. We loved the pretty, eclectic room but most of all loved eating and drinking in the restaurant that evening. Ken & Bobby really made the night special. It's so rare to see staff doing such a great job...

It's unfortunate that the interesting history and nice service here are overwhelmed by the lack of so many amenities. It would take too long to list all of them in this review. We've never stayed anywhere else that was so lacking in amenities that it became a rip-off. P.S. - the food in the restaurant here is very nice. Stay...

Quaint Inn to stay while visiting the Hot Springs. Rustic small rooms with very comfortable beds.Their restaurant is right down on the first floor for convenience with great food. The décor is right out of the past and I felt as if I were in an old time hotel right out of the 1800's.

Stayed here for a wedding, this inn was recommended by the bride and groom. We had to wait awhile to check in because the clerk was on a personal phone call. The next morning when we left our room the manager was standing outside our door waiting for us. He very sternly implied that we hadn't paid the night before...

I am sorry that we did not meet your expectations. For clarification the innkeeper was on her personal phone when you checked in. Our inn phone system, computer and credit card machine are all connected to the Internet. Our internet system was down at the time of your check in and the innkeeper was on her cell phone communicating with...

It was a perfect day for me: after a good hike in the mountains we relaxed in a hot tub at the Hot Springs Resort, and then completed our day in the Iron Horse restaurant for dinner. The dinner was delicious, people, both waiters and customers, were friendly and seemed happy :-), and to top all that there was a...

I have backpacked into Hot Springs twice and stayed at the Iron Horse both times. The rooms are clean, beds comfy, the old building has a cool vibe, and the pricing is right in line with this type of level of hotel. The only issue I really had was the small size of the shower, but that is really rather...

My family and I visited Iron Horse restaurant over the Labor Day weekend and absolutely fell for it! It was a busy night but our wait was still short (only 15-20 minutes) and we were able to wait either bar-side or upstairs with complimentary coffee. The wait staff is amazing and the food was awesome! We were also entertained by...

We loved everything about our time at Iron House Station except the noise. The staff were on point and helpful, the restaurant was great and accommodating, the hotel is beautifully restored and comfortable but the noise was a game breaker for us. We will be back to the restaurant but don't think we'd stay again at the hotel. Again, it's...
