Happy stay in Lillington N.C.

Good location near Campbell College. Clean, Neat, Fair Price and fantastic helpful staff. It is obvious that the ownership and management have set a high standard for their employees to follow. I would be hard pressed to find any fault with this hotel.

Checked in on Friday evening. Clerk was very informative. Advised us to eat at the Sports Bar next door. Room 207 was fine until ... the Sports Bar patrons on the patio were partying very loudly with car horns blowing and screaming. Asked the clerk and was advised that the noise…

Management apologizes concerning the issue with the toilet in your room and that the problem was not remedied appropriately. Our apologies also for the noise from the business next door to us. To clarify, your bill could not be adjusted not due to the fact that it was booked through a website, but that it was booked through a third party that prepaid for the stay. If the stay had been directly billed to the customer, management would have no issue making needed adjustments due to the inconveniences experienced during your stay as guest satisfaction is our top priority. We are taking the appropriate measures to ensure issues of this nature do not reoccur. thanksgiving travel

I stayed here with two dogs while visiting family over thanksgiving weekend. Front desk personnel was welcoming, helpful and efficient. Room was comfortable, clean and attractive. Dogs and I had easy access to walking area. Great value and would recommend and stay again.

Does the motorcycle crowd still raise "cain" at the bar next door? Last time there, felt like calling the police in the wee hours as there was no sleeping due to the noise they made. Nice hotel otherwise.

If there are any noise issues at all we urge our guests to let the front desk and/or a member of management know so we can promptly rectify the issue. We do not allow anyone on our property to cause any excessive noise so that our guests will be as comfortable as possible. We have not had any noise complaints recently regarding our business nor the surrounding businesses.
