Small inn with lots of moonshine history. Clean rooms but small with excellent views. Breakfast and dinner option. Near Blue Ridge Pkwy. Ask about tour of the underground cave where the moonshiners hid. Local art on walls. Near shopping, gem mines and more

Trying to book relatively late anywhere near Little Switzerland, especially on a holiday weekend, is asking for disappointment, but we were able to get a room at the Skyline Village Inn. It is right next to the Blue Ridge Parkway, so if you're coming from the direction of Spruce Pine and you go under the parkway, it's right there! The...

Our family spent one night here, and found the owners to be so friendly, and made us feel right at home. Our room was large, comfortable, and clean, and had a great mountain view from the balcony. Breakfast was good too, made fresh for us at a very reasonable price (and kids ate free).

Tom and Lynn at the Sky Line Village Inn are simply Amazing. They always greet us with a warm smile and the word “no” is just not in their vocabulary as they will go above and beyond to accommodate your requests. This is our second time staying here as we were road cycling the entire Blue Ridge Parkway. Rooms are...

Wonderful little place off the Parkway! Beautiful view! The owners Mike and Lynn are super nice, and wonderful cooks. This was a great home cooked meal of ribeye steak, crab cake and asparagus. Pecan pie for dessert! I would recommend this to all my friends! We plan on staying a second night and will be back again for sure!

After a last minute decision to take a trip to North Carolina and the Blue Ridge Mountains... we searched for a unique location to make the adventure special. Finding, booking and staying at Skyline Village Inn was exactly what we'd envisioned and more. Incredible, warm hospitality by the couple who own and operate the Inn. They're very welcoming of dogs......

Much better than expected for the price. Old but clean. View for the inn is fantastic!. We will stay there again. We paid around a $78. They are right in the heart of Little Switzerland with beautiful view of the mountains. We also had dinner at the inn which was one the best steaks I have ever eaten! They offer...

Was there in July and took entire family this time. Took grandkids gem mining and spent night at Skyview. You could not ask for a warmer more considerate staff. My wife and I mentioned to Mike how much we loved his borboun pecan pie. He said it wasn't on menu that night. Later he told my wife he was going...

Clean room, comfortable bed. This place has great views, several areas to sit and enjoy, pool table, wifi, cable TV. Owner and his wife cook breakfast and dinner in the restaurant, although menu was limited the food was great at good price. Loved the friendliness.

This hotel makes a great stop when traveling on the blue ridge parkway. It is conveniently located very close to the parkway. The rooms are a bit rustic, but clean. The views from the hotel are simply amazing. We did not eat here, but the food smelled wonderful. If you want a unique experience this is the place for you.
