I had made reservations to stay at Wolfpit white attending my 50th high school reunion. Their hospitality was overwhelming. While in NC I also wanted to visit my mother's grave and Betsy went above and beyond when she made a flower arrangement for me to take. The B&B was beautiful. Can't wait to return for another visit.

My husband and I loved the accommodations, the breakfast, and particularly the Lady of Wolfpit Betsy. The grounds alone would be worth a visit. Several gardens, lots of native plants, nurtured by a loving and VERY knowledgeable pair of hands.

I was in Louisburg for a business trip and wanted to find something better than the local hotel. This was the perfect spot! The room was cozy, the bed was really comfortable and Betsy was such a wonderful hostess! I loved chatting with her, and she made me feel very welcome in her home. I would recommend this to anyone... The Wolfpit is a real treasure in Louisburg. We attended a wedding at The Hudson Manor and did not want to drive back to Cary late at night, so we stayed at this beautiful historic home. Betsy's hospitality was unmatched. She was so kind and full of great stories about the history of the house. The property is an adventure... More

we stayed 3 nights although had originally planned to stay for only 2. It was just so relaxing, we didn't feel like leaving. Betsy really makes you feel like one of the family. Because we stayed multiple nights, we didn't have breakfast included, but coffee, tea and fruit were available. they even got hot chocolate for my husband who doesn't... More

I had a very short, but wonderful time at the Wolfpit. The owner is such a delightful and hospitable hostess! She was so helpful! And she made me feel right at home! She has such a nice balance of creating a space where there is privacy and quiet and yet she is happy and ready to talk about all the... More

What a wonderful experience it was to stay at the “Wolfpit”; meeting Betsy and Fleet, the innkeepers was such a pleasure. The home is so warm and inviting, each piece of furniture has its own story. When entering Wolfpit you will feel in a different era, the grounds are beautiful with majestic oak trees all over the properties, the garden... More

We have been visiting this area near Raleigh for almost twenty years and were thrilled when this lovely historic home just on the outskirts of Louisburg opened. We thoroughly enjoyed the spacious grounds with a multitude of beautiful flowers not to mention the large garden of fruits and vegetables. Along with the home, the grounds still have the original plantation... More
