The cabin was just as described and about like I expected with no negative surprises. It was beautiful and in top shape both inside and out. Fortunately I had friends who had stayed in it previously, so I had good expectations for the Cedar Springs cabin that were met on arrival. We were supplied with ample wood for a couple...

My husband and I stayed for four nights in the "Little Cabin". It was an adorable little old cabin that had a room added on for extra space. The original structure was a one room cabin that's over 100 years old, so cool history! That area is the living room/dining room/kitchen. The added room is a very nicely sized bedroom,...

We had a fantastic stay in Rhododendron , (cabin 4). The pictures on the website were very accurate, price was very reasonable, and DITTO on the no hidden fees - coming for a ski weekend at Catalahoochee package was great in our budget. The location is great with a nearby Dollar General for your every need. Only a few cabins...

We rented Wildcat Run, oldest and largest pf the cabins. I have rented cabins before on line and the pictures made the cabins look great and then we got here they were horrible nothing like the picture. This is the reverse, pictures doesn't do this place justice. It was beautiful, clean, cozy, with a large play area for the kids...

We spent two nights in the Sweet Mountain Laurel cabin (#3) in June. The cabins are very nicely located off the main thoroughfare, in an area that appears to be a mix of rentals and permanent residences. It's quiet without being isolated. Sweet Mountain Laurel was nicely appointed and homey, with a bedroom, full bath, and kitchen/living area downstairs, and...

The owner is very nice. The prices are reasonable. We stayed with our 5 dogs. We couldn't even find another place that allowed 5 dogs. The owner, Bob, didn't even charge a pet fee. The cabin was clean and comfortable. I have small dogs and there was one very large dog that lived there. I assume it belongs to Bob,...

We had a very nice stay here. I took my two teen grandkids to ski at Cataloochee for the long weekend. The cabin had everything we needed - except for a good sharp knife. Our cabin was clean, tidy, well decorated for the country cabin theme, stocked with everything we needed except our clothes and groceries. The hot tub was...

Loved our time in Sweet Mountain Laurel, (cabin 3). The pictures on the website were very accurate, price was very reasonable, and there were no hidden fees which was a pleasant surprise! The kids loved the playhouse and running in the grassy area all within view of the deck and fire pit of our cabin, we we could sit and...

Although the owner was great the room needed some cleaning/updating, had a mold/musky smell. Would definitely call it 'rustic'. The pics online are slightly misleading. The location was great though, right off of main drag.

My wife and I came here for a weekend getaway and we both agree this place is great! The owner Bob is a super guy! And your located near anything you need or want to do. Part of the cabin we stayed in was built over 175 years ago! Beautiful location! We will be back, good Lord willing.
