Stayed in Persimon Point condo D203, decor beautiful, access to pool, fitness center and all facilities. Restaurant excellent, and many other restaurants, breweries and wineries within 20- 30 min. Ashville and Biltmore 35 minutes. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The golf was too expensive for the quality of the course. The tee boxes were the best part of the course. Fairways were inconsistent in their quality and the greens were often scalped. The carts and rental clubs were excellent.

Excuse me for the error. The HIA fee is $570 per month not $540.
What do you get for the pricey $540 monthly HOA fees at MVC? I am thinking about buying a condo there but, I'm concerned about the pricey HOA fees.

We do not have any cabins on the creek but we do have some beautiful condos on the golf course with magnificent mountain views!
