The hotel was aged but that would have been ok if the beds had clean sheets. We got in after supper. The rooms were not fancy but the rub came when I had settled in my sheets for the night and discovered a hair that didn't belong to my husband or myself. I then looked at the other bed and...

We stayed in one of the creek side cabins & even tho it's got mix-matched furniture, it was very cozy & very comfy. The house cleaning girl came by before going home, to make sure everything was ok. We would stay here again.

This lil slice of heaven is perfect for couples and families. WE try to come here every 3 or 4 months. The owners are precious and so are her dogs- and she welcomes my dogs too. The pool is awesome in summer months- the location is perfect on soco road. You have food nearby and the river in back is...

The motel looks good from the outside but the rooms need lots of attention and updating. The rooms are not very clean and smell like stale smoke even though we were in a non smoking room. The bathrooms need work. We had problems with the toilet flushing. We've stayed at this motel before and was pleased with the stay. Nothing...

The motel looks great from the outside but the rooms need lots of attention and updating. The rooms are dirty and smelly. The bathrooms need major work, we didn't have a proper toilet seat and the toilet didn't flush properly. The shower curtain was filthy and not from soap scum. We've stayed at this motel 95% of the time. The...

Old, overpriced, left over bottle of Jaeger in the freezer and used shampoo in the tub. Pillows are disgusting... Using my blowup camping pillow tonight. People are nice but they're not putting any money in this place.

I have stayed at this motel several times because it allows pets, there is a very large grassy lawn and a stream beside it. It's also on a busy road. This weekend, however, was the last time. The place is very old, with broken tiles and old fixtures in the bathroom and old carpeting and furniture. Our TV remote would...

We decided to venture to Maggie Valley and when looking for a hotel, thought this one looked quaint. Quaint didn't cover it. The cleaning was a hit and miss. Nasty bathroom with mildew on the ceiling, shower curtain and around the tub. Hair was on the floor. Half the room outlets didn't even work. No information on TV channels, whats...

Filthy. Scared to sleep on the pillows. Nasty, smelly yellow. Dirty. Room has pee stains on floor. Bathroom is in bad shape, leaky, bathtub burned by cigarettes, and looks dirty. It is pet friendly, but that is it.

In my opinion any getaway trip to Maggie Valley , Cherokee , etc...is always good!!! However this is the worst motel we've ever stayed in. The ac in our room didn't work...it turned on but didn't blow out any air. We told the cleaning lady (who was very nice )about it ,she sent a text to the manager and they...

“We needed a place to stay after a long day and this was next door to the restaurant we stopped in for dinner. There is plenty of space in the room, it was fairly clean. The down side is BED SAGGED BADLY, mattress was soft, and towels are thin. We inadvertently traveled on the busiest weekend of the year and got a decent rate but wouldn't go back.”
