This campground was nice for an overnight stay but during the day there is a lot of noise from the pool area. My girls enjoyed getting up in the morning and fishing and caught quite a few fish. Checkout was at 11 but we wanted to take a trip in to Mt. Airy so they told us we could unhook...

This campground is really a public pool. There is no one around to help campers. The office is closed and after 4 PM you are on your own. There's a campfire ring and no where to purchase wood. No cable even though they advertise full hook up. The picnic tables are rotten wood and falling apart.

We got there on Wednesday and was told sorry the slide busted at the beginning of the season. I told them I drove a long way...

They have 6 - 30 amp full hook-up sites and 3...

It's easy to get to as it is right off the freeway, but you aren't able to hear the traffic from the campground. They had a...
