The cabin was #6 with three bedrooms and two baths. It was very clean and roomy. Convenient to the ocean as well as the main roads around the Outer Banks. It was well stocked with kitchen utensils. I would definitely book these cabins again. Very relaxing 4 days.

We stayed 3 nights and it was wonderful. Everything was very clean and up to date. Love the location, right on the beach and the staff was super friendly. We will be back sooner than later!!! Very nice get away!

first, they charge an extra $70 to supply linens and towels, making it less the bargain than advertised. then, There is no washing machine, no dishwasher and no garbage disposal. The windows open, and they have to because it smells like old people, esp the master bedroom, which smells like old people pee. its fine once the windows are open....

Spent 3 nights with my small children in Jp4. Loved seeing the water out of every window. Great for my boys to play right on the beautiful beach just steps away. I watched the sun rise right from out front on the beach. Staff friendly. Clean, not spotless, but just fine. Kitchen stocked with necessary tools. Very spacious rooms. Real...

The only good thing about jp cottages is the cost. I guess you get what you pay for. The unit we were in was very old, furniture also, the kitchen did not have enough utensils. While we were there, a really bad storm hit Outer Banks, and last for two days. Our doors and stairs outside were blocked with sand,...

This place was perfect for a couple. The views from the crow's nest are quite pleasing towards the ocean and the sound. The interior is well-furnished, clean, and comfortable, and there's a great cross-breeze when the windows are open. It is a 1-2 minute walk to the ocean and about a 15 minute walk to the Outer Banks Fishing Pier....

We stayed 4 week nights in late April in Cottage No. 2 and really hated to leave. Our first OXB experience could not have been much better. Great view of ocean surf, sand and beach life both human and otherwise from dining room window. Comfortable living room with TV and small kitchen with attached island/bar. Two bedrooms with good storage...

Booked here based off of trip advisor reviews and really glad we did. They typically book 3 or more nights and week long. We called two weeks ago and asked about two nights and they booked us in #7, a ways from the beach 2 bedroom but we didn't care we were happy with that. I called 3 days before...

Our family has stayed in JP cottages about 10 times now and we have never been disappointed. The cottages are very nice and just feels like you are at home. Never had any problems always very enjoyable. JP 3 is extremely nice and the view is amazing. All cottages are spacious and comfortable. They won't disappoint.

We stayed here for 3 nights before moving into a beach house in Rodanthe & we loved JP2! It was very clean, had plenty of towels & had a stocked kitchen. We were there mid-week, it was very quiet & relaxing. Great location - close to everything you could need. Pat was very easy to work with & we would...
