Very disappointed in the overall appearance of the hotel. The elevator was in a horrible location. Initially we were issued a room that had not been cleaned. Thank you for your comments. As the hotel was built in the early 80's, the elevator was placed in it's location for easy access to our handicap accessible rooms. This hotel is within walking distance of Carter-Finley Stadium for us WOLFPACK fans. Has breakfast buffet and friendly staff. The rooms are quiet and clean. The desk clerks are very friendly and helpful.

We able to "tailgate" in the lobby before the game before even checking in for the night. Check in while very wet after the game and during a hurricane was easy and quick. The heat/air conditioning worked well. The mini...

Thank you for your comments! The hurricane was devastating to our area and we were glad to help members of our community and travelers alike who needed shelter form this terrible storm. It was great to see the devoted Wolfpack fans brave the storm to see a Wolfpack win!
