Easy to find, welcoming staff. Room was clean, bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast room was kept clean, refilled and a good variety of items including scrambled eggs, sausage patties, pastries, yogurt, fruit, juices, cereal and waffles.

Great location, easy access from Interstate. My room and bathroom, both very clean. Carpet had been vacuumed, room smelled fresh. Parking lot well-lit w/great parking. Very good rates. Staff very efficient with check in and check out. My wife makes reservations for me, and if staff is kind to her, she believes they will be kind to me. Thank you,...

The location is very convenient. The Starbucks is across the street! Check-in was easy. There is not an elevator, but the hotel only has two floors. If cigarette smoke bothers you, DO NOT STAY ON THE SECOND FLOOR! The hallway smells horrible! The front desk said it was stale cigarette smoke, but it smelled meldewy to me. We stayed in...

First off this hotel does not have an elevator. If that is something you need make sure you request a ground floor room AHEAD of your visit not st the time of. The staff is the least friendliest I have ever experienced. The older white hair woman last name Baine was not welcoming at all. The only words that she...

Overall I will say it was a "decent" stay at best. The counter person at check in was very pleasant and knowledgable of the area we were in. No name tag so I can not identify her by name. The lay out of the room was not appealing at all. The smell in the hall once you opened the door...

Was a last minute booking, wasn't expecting much. Staff was excellent, beyond helpful and the free breakfast was better than most higher rated hotels. Again, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us!

The only redeeming factor this property has is the staff. They are extremely nice and go out of their way to accommodate you. Unfortunately, they have little to work with since this place is a real dump. My room was disgusting. There is so much ground in dirt in the couch and the rug that you can actually smell it....

Hotel was somewhat decent. The floor that I stayed one smelled like cigarettes but the room smelled like bleach. It was odd that the sink was outside of the bathroom although the room type wasn't Accessible. The most frustrating part was being awoken at 9:00 AM by a housekeeper pounding on the door. I yelled out that we would leave...

Terrible terrible terrible!!!!!!!!! Ugh I'm not even exaggerating. It was awful the carpet was nasty, smelly, and dirty. I would rather use an outside porter potty than this hotel bathroom. I just had that dirty feeling like I had to wear shoes the whole entire time. It would be good for travelers, hotel party's and if you want to smoke,...

I chose this hotel due to proximity to the WakeMed Medical Center. Room is clean 1and large enough. Bed comfortable...pillows nice. Quality Inn is never my first choice in hotels. I was not disappointed. Check in friendly and efficient. Free breakfast is good. Restaurants across the street. Basically all good. It's a quality 2.5 star hotel. In the same situation...
