Stayed for 4 nights on a business trip for a conference across the road. The hotel was very convenient, the staff friendly, and the room a good size, with good business facilities. I had ordered items to be posted to the hotel and the concierge was very helpful in locating them, and having them sent to my room. The staff...

The Marriott is in a great location in Raleigh. It has just about all the amenities a person could ask for. I booked my stay with Priceline. As soon as I arrived felt I was sent to the cheap suite. Our beds were so old the mattress would move off the box spring every night just sleeping. The sheets had...

Typical full line Marriott. Very friendly staff. helpful in every regard. Didn't use either the dining or bar as we were walking distance to downtown. My only grip was that the hotel is adjacent to the convention center. The morning we were leaving there was a parade with "drums". very loud way to awaken. Other than that the stay was...

Our daughter got married in Raleigh NC last weekend so I reserved a block of rooms at the Marriott for all of the guests coming from out to town. A special thank you to the Marriott for providing last minute transportation from the hotel to the wedding venue when the skies opened up and the rains fell just as the...

I stay at this Marriott almost weekly and the staff always go out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. Observations: Staff is great - best in the downtown area. Remodeled bar is nice with decent food. The daily specials tend to be worth a try. Standard rooms are decorated in a pretty standard Marriott style, but are more...

We were here for the convention center so it was packed, but by the service and quality you wouldn't know it. The room was great and spacious. It was comfortable and clean. It does need something more than a quick bit at the Starbuck's located inside. We didn't want a complete sit down restaurant, so we walked to McDonald's.

Our room was clean and quiet. The bathroom was updated and had a glass door walk in shower which was nice. The shower head was high enough so that my tall husband didn't have to stoop. There is a coffee maker in the room and my favorite thing is that there was liquid creamer and not the powdered stuff- a...

Surprisingly solid hotel in all regards, well-situated downtown within walking distance of the Red Hat Towers. I spent four enjoyable nights here and was treated admirably. The hotel itself has an open architecture, with a large lobby that extends to the bar/restaurant and sofa sitting area that invites you to stay around. My room was on the 15th floor, one...

This hotel does not focus on the guest experience. The rooms are loud and the service in the restaurant is horrible. If you have an issue, you will not find a manager to help you and issues do not get resolved. Avoid this hotel if you enjoy great customer service. The concierge lounge service is awful compared to the high...

Their location makes it prime for a weekend in Raleigh due to the fact that you can walk to soooo many restaurants and bars. The staff were friendly and we had drinks at the bar a couple times. I would recommend the cocktails as they were extra strong!
