Where do I start.... I visit the Raleigh area at least twice a month for my job with NC State University / Cooperative Extension. This Holiday Inn accepts the state rate so I can stay at this fabulous hotel. Not only are the rooms comfortable (I believe they have renovated within the past 5 years) they are VERY clean too!...

Very nice , clean updated king room. We were on 17th floor with an awesome view of city. Just small disappointments, very small bathroom, no microwave. We did eat at restaurant on top floor. We had dinner and breakfast the next morning. It was very good. Great location to walk to some restaurants and nite spots.

Front desk staff friendly, check in was average speed. Fee for parking, but on street parking is free on weekends. Great location. Building is circular so rooms have an odd shape. Great view of surrounding city. Older building with some areas in need of remodel, but looks like some area have been remodel. Elevators a little slow.

Stayed here for my friends wedding. My room was on the 15th floor so I had a great view of Raleigh! My room was clean and it came with a fridge (I didn't have to ask for it). It is pretty easy to get around Raleigh from here, so I was overall very satisfied with my stay. I did eat...

Hotel is well located but is showing it's age. Check in was average, had to pay extra for a room with a refrigerator plus pay for parking albeit low cost. Breakfast is an extra cost. Would stay again because of location.

Hotel is located near the centre of town. The rooms were clean, a little dated but quite okay. Nothing about this place jumps out at you. It was just middle of the road. Had to pay extra to get a room with a refrigerator - they should all have them or none. Breakfast is an additional cost as is the...

I was in Raleigh for business in the spring. The Holiday Inn is in a great location; you can walk to many restaurants, stores, etc. I was able to walk to my destination in the PNC Center, downtown. The staff was friendly. The only thing I would say is that it seemed that you could walk into the hotel off...

I had the pleasure to attend a wedding last week and I would like to thank Randy and Ken for a job well done. Other then the small bathroom ,we enjoyed our stay. The hotel has an old charm. Great view for breakfast, great location , and 2 front desk employees who stood out.

The hotel employees were very accommodating and helpful. The room was clean and well appointed. There was no refrigerator. Be sure to confirm that your breakfast is complimentary. We did not take the paperwork with us and were charged for an expensive breakfast buffet. There is a $7/day charge for parking.
