The views, the welcome, the cleanliness, the hospitality, the birds, the flowers, the veranda surrounding the Inn. 5 luxurious rooms, with antiques surrounding you, and modern baths and comfortable beds as the raccoons, bears, and deer look in your windows to see who is visiting this wonderful evening. Photos include outside bathroom, as well as the beautiful veranda

...... maybe even better. We really liked it there on our first visit in 2015, so on our way back from Gulf Shores for spring break this year, we decided to stop here again and just "rest awhile". This is a great place for "doing nothing," like just sitting on the back balcony taking in the view or taking a...

This was our second time staying at Appalachian Inn. We will be back. We've stayed at a lot of B&Bs. This is, by far, our favorite one. Elizabeth maintains a beautiful home with comfortable furnishings and amazing views. Her meals are well prepared. We look forward to returning in the near future.

My husband and I wanted to visit Robbinsville area (beautiful lakes and Joyce Kilmer Memorial Forest) and the Appalachian Inn was recommended by a friend. It's a beautiful mountain home with breathtaking views and every convenience readily available. Elizabeth is a wonderful host who makes you feel right at home. We asked her to prepare dinner for us and it...

We enjoyed a lovely stay at the Appalachion Inn recently. Elizabeth has done an amazing job providing the perfect environment of wonder and relaxation. The rooms which she decorated herself are so tastefully done and interesting as well. We enjoyed an evening "picnic" on the back porch/deck overlooking the beautiful mountains and valley far below. The breakfasts that she prepared...

After 2 attempts that didn't work out due to being booked up or a snow storm, we were finally able to stay at The Appalachian Inn. The log structure was built to be a B & B and it works. We stayed in the Bird Room which leads directly to the back porch with a view of the valley and...

Last week we enjoyed another wonderful stay with Elizabeth at Appalachian Inn. Because we're on a motorcycle, we always ask her to provide supper (for a fee) the first night we arrive. A delicious Chicken Cordon Bleu with two sides and dessert was on the menu this year! The house is a fabulous log home with cathedral ceiling and a...

Wonderful, luxurious cabin with great scenery. I stayed a few nights while hiking the Appalachian Trail and between Elizabeth's cooking and the jacuzzi tub in my room, it really was the perfect recharge I needed to get moving again. (Elizabeth: I helped out with that foreign lady on the phone! I'll be in Damascus tomorrow, thanks again!- Ryan)
