Staff were great so friendly and helpful, food was surprisingly good. Massarge made me fall asleep. Great value for money. Will definitely be back. Close enough to walk to casino and night life. Not so close you can't sleep at night. great Egyptian theme. Rooms clean and bedding changed regular.

The room was very big and clean and included a balcony. It was also very close to the beach and tons of restaurants. However, they refused to give us ice for free at the bar and insisted that we had to pay for it - for a CUP of ice. The bar manager began to yell and was extremely angry....

Stayed her in July with my daughter and mother in a triple room. Had to ask to be moved after first night due to the noise from neighbouring hotel and pub. This was done with no bother and we were given a top floor room on the other side of the hotel that had 2 interconnecting rooms and a huge...

Generally a pretty good experience. The first room we were put in was tiny, so we had to pay extra to upgrade to a nicer room (which while more expensive, was definitely worth the extra). The new room was poolside with a balcony and jacuzzi and was significantly nicer and bigger. Pool - a little small, and as others mention,...

Loved this hotel. Location is fab right by the shops and a short walk to the beach and bus station. We paid for a standard room, number 1318 and had a view of the pool and a spa bath which we didn't expect. All the staff were extremely helpful we didn't meet one member of staff that was rude. There's...

We stayed in this hotel for 9 nights in August 2016. Let me share with you all of my relevant experiences hereby: The hotel seemed like lot bigger on the photos, but that's no problem at all. The staff at the reception were very polite and very helpful. Our room faced to the pool area at the top of the...

We found this Hotel, clean, enjoyable to stay in and the staff were just the most helpful people, especially on reception where nothing was too much for them. The room we stayed in was a complete delight and would match a four star in the UK, the hotel is not too big and I must say all the people that...

'The Cleopatra' as it's name suggest is an oddly 'Egyptian' themed hotel. When booking this hotel, I specified that I wanted a double bed. When I checked in, a very nice receptionist tried to convince me that a double bed is two single beds pushed together. I tried to explain that this wasn't what a double bed is, but being...

Views are horrible, walls are thin and you hear everything, furniture is old, mattresses and pillows are hard and I get up every morning with a backache, breakfast is just ok... You can have the typi al english breakfast and then you have a choice of pastries to choose from. In conclusion, I wouldn't recommend it.

We stayed in this hotel while over to play in the basketball tournament. I would really recommend this hotel. Staff were very friendly especially the bar man and receptionists.
