Second visit to this charming motel. Rooms are comfortable, clean and original. Very friendly staff always willing to help in any way. Cost is very reasonable. Motel has a Chinese restaurant attached food is great and inexpensive. Has a reasonably size swimming pool with large grass area. We shall certainly return.

Long list of complaints: yellow stained pillowcases, gross dirt around taps, dirty teacups, lethal step down to bathroom, chose because of restaurant but closed because chef went to Sydney, noisey lawn mowing, bikey in room next door revving bike for long periods for unknown reason. Do not recommend this motel.

We were a family of five, and spent there one night on our way to Melbourne. It has all the basic necessities, albeit it was a bit neglected. The staff was very pleasant and helpful, and our overall experience was positive. The motel's restaurant is very good, and we had a great dinner there.

Very out dated but it's clean and tidy and for $65 a night, you get what you pay for. Also if you eat at the restaurant (which is the best Chinese I've ever had in my life so please do try it) you get a 10% discount off your meal :-) probably wouldn't stay more than one night in a...

Stayed 2 nights at Eden Nimo formerly known as Sapphire Coastal Motel. The new owner of the motel is a kind and friendly lady. She doesn't speak much English but the counter staff speaks decent English and is friendly and helpful. The motel is quite run down at the moment but the owner is in the process of sprucing the...

Now called the Nimo Motel. Was advertised as 3 star - totally wrong. Not even 1 star. Old and run down. The bed was sway back and uncomfortable. No alarm clock. TV the size of a postage stamp. Extraordinarily, the sign next to the toilet said don't flush toilet paper. Put it in the bin provided. Never seen this in...

Stayed for a night, expecting little because of the low price. Tired and old with paint flaking around the doors and windows. Fridge didn't work, door was thin and brittle, screendoors had holes. Good thing was the malteasers and very hot and strong shower. Owners did not want to help with locations/attractions, only directed us to their rack of maps...

This is now called the Nimo motel but despite the work the staff put in, it is still the same- a bit tired and needs some renovation. The cleaning needs to be stepped up a notch as well. So, unclean (sticky floor), needs renovation and tired and old furniture. But you get what you pay for and we slept well...
