We booked for two nights and stayed a week. Staff are awesome and the bar a good spot for dinner and lunch and just drinks in the afternoon. The new pool is great for cooling off. Just relax go fishing, head over to the islands walk to the tip so much to do here.

A beautiful beach at the top of Cape York. Large campsites either under shady trees or right next to the beach. Stunning views and location but unfortunately you cannot swim there due to crocs in the area. The facilities could be better maintained. They are not cleaned very often. (The facilities closest to the reception area are the most modern...

Cleanliness isn't the best in the amenities unfortunately, overpriced bush camp, if your charging that much for the back sites you may need to give them a rake every now and then! Holy Mak pizza that was great.

We had a great time here. It was a great place to stay at the Tip. The pool was great as well for the kids, considering you cannot swim in the ocean. Our son had an infected cut on his foot and the lady in reception was more than happy to help out and the man running the park -...

This is a great spot to camp as we opted for the beachside unpowered site with views over the bay. Pity you can't swim there or in the rivers, however you're lucky here they have a pool. A lovely refreshing spot after all the trekking. (None of the other Caravan parks up there have one). The woodfired pizzas are to...

After a few dry dusty days on the road it was a lovely reprieve to camp up at Punsand Bay. Lovely big camp sites with great amenities. Fires allowed and all with a lovely restaurant and bar. Pool as well for those hot days or watching the kids while drinking a cocktail.

We didn't stay here but did have an excellent burger for lunch. Staff were welcoming and atmosphere relaxing. The facilities looked inviting and I wished staying had been an option but we were committed elsewhere.
