It is a nice location to breakup the journey between Melbourne and Adelaide. A basic motel, but very nice and clean. If you would like to have a pit stop in between your roadtrip, this can be a good place to have a nice evening sleep and be recharged, as it is located next to the park which is nice...

Pit stop half way between Melbourne and Adelaide. The staff were polite, room was clean, and general ambiance was of a well worn environment. Good internet and tea and coffee facilties. Only stayed after dark so can't vouch for the surroundings.

Reception friendly on arrival..... I believe the rooms have been modernised - we had a standard queen room which was clean but quite small - the ensuite was also small but fine for an overnight stay! I only wish motels in general would allow for more shelving in the ensuite to hold your toiletries - our bed was VERY firm...

Travelling from Melbourne to Hahndorf S.A., we needed to break the journey. We decided to spend the night in Bordertown leaving us with a shorter run to Hahndorf the next day. We found 105 On the Park via the internet. It was a good choice. The property is under new management who are renovating this fairly old motel. We got...

At first glance you would think twice, but once inside the room, bloody terrific!!!!!! Booked this place online didnt know to much about it but when we got here the hosts were lovely and welcoming, helpful as can be. The room had all the things we needed with minimal cooking appliances. A big shower and very comfortable bed and pillows....

Great stopover on the way from Melbourne. With external painting this motel will look a treat. We were recommended the Mundulla Hotel for dinner, which was very good. More signage by the local shire would be of assistance for tourists looking for their accommodation

Thank you for your feedback on your stay and great to hear too that you enjoyed your dinner at the Mundulla Hotel. External Painting is actually due to start in the next few weeks, which we are very excited about. Thanks for your comments about signage too, we will certainly follow up with Council.

We had a deluxe queen room for our one night stay between Bendigo & Adelaide. The motel is easy to find and opposite a nice park area and very friendly staff. It is an old motel but is being refurbished and our room was large and very comfortable with queen bed, large couch, table & chairs and long cupboard with...

small fridge, microwave, toaster, hot water jug etc and utensils. Decided to heat up some food from local grocery store. soup can failed to open, hostess provided can opener to save the day. Comfortable bed, room clean and tidy and well appointed, even for stop over from Bright, Victoria to Adelaide. Will definitely stay again if overnight stopover required.

Great motel approx halfway to Adelaide from Melbourne. Under reasonably new management and well worth the stay off the main highway, away from truck noise and with reasonable trailer parking. Friendly hosts, clean rooms. Only downside is proximity to cafes/restaurants - you will need to drive a short distance to hotel etc. or walk across parkland.

We had a short overnight stay and were very happy. The room was very clean and tidy, comfortable beds and nice and quiet. Staff were friendly and worked hard to accommodate an early check in. Thanks for a lovely stay.
