We stayed here for 3 nights. The service was a mix of friendly and helpful (check in) to surly and disrespectful (morning reception). Even though it says there is wifi it's so SLOW it can't even send an email! No BBQ facilities (even though the website says it has them) and it is someway north of the township.

Well priced spacious hotel with friendly staff and spa rooms. Great launching pad for a wine weekend getaway. Although I didn't eat at the restaurant, I would recommend to all travelling parties, whether that be solo, couples or families.

We found the Weintal to be a perfect location; however the age of the rooms and outlook were less than expected. The cleanliness of the room was great; the bathroom average. We feel that as we were a wotif booking we were given rooms that were average.

Dirty floors, cigarette burns on our table, no table cloths and a sticky dirty table. The schnitzel meals were average and the garlic bread was inedible however the staff were friendly and professional.

Excellent location to explore the Barossa. The price included a nice buffet-style continental breakfast, with a cooked breakfast available for an extra charge. The restaurant was convenient with a good selection of meals. The staff were cheerful and helpful. The spa unit was spacious, comfortable and clean.

Pretty much what you'd expect from a budget hotel. Rooms were clean, convenient for town if driving or plenty of options on site for eating. 2 person spa was big and deep but of course take ages to fill and is a bit of a waste of water. But who cares. Good value. Practical and functional but not a destination...

This is an easily accessible property a short drive from Adelaide. Ample parking clean rooms, if a bit dated. The onsite restaurant is a good spot for a quick lunch. the in-room jacuzzi is a great option. Being wakened by the sounds of the many wild birds was lovely.
