We stopped over for the night to break up the drive home from esperance . The cottage was very comfortable, big enought for our family of 5 . 2 bedroom 1 bathroom and kitchen meals and lounge area. Ample parking for our camper trailer . The boys could ride their bikes around the resort . There's enough to do in...

If you've stayed at Uluru resorts you would realise this is not a resort. The 2 room houses are nice enough, but no bar, no pool, no gym, no internet, limited TV mean you are roughing it. Then again it's only $150. Close to wave rock of course, but the Eco savvy visitor would be thoroughly depressed by the salinity...

We stayed for the opening concert at the Collinsseum which is an amphitheater a short walk away. I didn't book so had no idea what to expect and was very pleasantly surprised. Our villa had 2 bedrooms, bathroom (shower), large living/dining area, useful kitchen with full sized fridge and a covered/enclosed outdoor dining room. There was a large leather look...

We just stayed 2 nights here. It was a great wee place. The views of the lake at sunset are just amazing. This place is the quietest place I have ever stayed at. In the morning I took both my young children for a walk as it was so peace full theres no traffic to think about. They have made...

Comfortable accommodation close to the rock. Good heating inside which is needed as is cold in August! Kitchen well equipped. Friendly service at the front desk. Slept our family of four very comfortably but the mattresses could do with an upgrade.Wave rock is such a spiritual place and it blew us away. Then we visited Mulkas cave which did not...

Lovely place to stay. We have magic lake behind our cottage. Beautiful morning walk. Abit cold in the morning . No flies this time of the year. The lake is like a magic mirror. No other facilities in Resort.

Lovely accommodation to stay, picturesque surroundings. Lovely airconditioner for those cool evenings. Big spacious bathroom. Friendly staff at the park. Minor thing the outdoor bbqs and lightning need attention.

The cottage we stayed in had everything you need for an overnight stay, including an efficient airconditioner which warmed the cottage on a very cold night. The location on the edge of the lake is stunning and well worth the visit. A and H

Wave Rock Resort is definitely NOT a resort. Resort implies the ability to have everything you need within reach without leaving your place of stay. This resort does not have anything but a place to sleep. Lakeside cabins is a better description than resort.

“The cabins all seemed similar. No one particularly stood out. Some are closer to Magic lake and so if you have children who may want to canoe on the lake, these may be a better option.”
