Very nice place to stay. We had a Golf View room. I loved the view and the huge room. The breakfast is excellent. Our family enjoyed congregating in the bar and restaurant areas and I liked the menu options. I hope to stay there again next year or the year after.

Found the inn on groupon. Price was right! Have never booked an unknown hotel before, but glad we did! Room was large and comfortable, had requested a king bed but none were available. View from our room was spectacular! Golf course is short but interesting and fun to play. Breakfast buffet with omelette station was included. Lunch was good! Good...

Our visit here was perfect. Golfview room was nice and clean with great mountain and course view. Golf course was in good shape and pro was friendly. Dinner at the Tap Room was good as was daily omelettes were at Cork and Clever. Service outstanding everywhere. Area has nice shopping and great places to hike.

Not good. Smells bad - when asked to change, they couldn't help or couldn't even upgrade. Noises from the adjacent guest room. The comforter was very old and bed was also old shaky and uncomfortable but the breakfast was good.

Great view, friendly staff, terrific breakfast. Another nice stay, just don't expect a luxury resort. Breakfast is great but will do do much better with the restaurants in town for dinner. Hotel is clean but is just an older property.

Where to begin...... I'll start with the good. Beautiful location in the NC mountains. The breakfast was delicious and bountiful. Full buffet and an omelet station made fresh as you order. Service was excellent. Good for room: large walk-in closet. I've never had this in all our travels. A lot of mirrors through out, a lot of lighting (although never...

The view from our room in one of the farthest buildings, had a sweeping panoramic scene of trees, hills and the golf course. Even though the outside was peaceful and lovely, the inside was not so great. The bathroom and bedroom had very low light wattage, such that it was a strain on my eyes. The room was spacious, but...

I try to avoid negative comments on Trip Advisor. If I really hate a place, I probably won't bother to review it at all. So obviously I do not hate the Waynesville Inn, but calling it a resort is a bit of a stretch. I did see signs for a spa, and there is a golf course there, but if...

When I see golf resort and spa, I expected much higher quality. This hotel was very dated, our bedding and chairs in the room were knotty from being used for so long. The shower head had mildew around it. Just seemed below average.
