This hotel is definitely the perfect "Home away from Home" kinda place! I would give them a perfect "10" if I could. The staff are absolutely amazing and helpful. They really hit the spot, to make you feel comfortable and stress-free. From the front desk staff, to the sales staff (Aaron, Julie and Stephen), all the way to the housekeeping...

We stayed at this property in Bismarck 2 weekends ago. Normally, we do not post about their customer service, but felt we should because of our recent stay. This property was newer and the rooms were roomy/well designed. The children enjoyed the salt water pool. Unfortunately my wife and child became sick during our stay there and even became ill...

Upon arriving the reception was pleasant and the room was very nice. One of the better on my recent trip around the country. There are two options of internet access. One is free and not very good to my standards, the other is paid ($4.95) and is good. Clean room and spacious. A place I could have stayed longer if...

This appears to be a newer property. The rooms are large with living room/full kitchen. The bed and bathroom are separate. The staff has been extremely friendly and the ambiance quite relaxed. This has everything you need for an extended stay. Laundry, fitness room, pool, breakfast area. No complaints other than my normal hotel complaint of window coverings that don't...

This residence Inn is definitely up to the usual standard expected at Residence Inn properties. The room was spacious, clean, and the staff was very nice. I do not think most people would be disappointed with this choice.

We recently stayed here for one night and were very pleased overall with our experience. The hotel itself is really lovely and exceptionally clean. The interior (furnishings and finishes) and exterior are up to date and well kept. We had a king studio suite with a fireplace, which was wonderful to have in the evening. The bed and furnishings were...

Not good at all. Wow, this stay went from 60 to zero very quickly. I was actually enjoying my stay here very much, thinking this would be my permanent Bismarck Hotel. My family has been staying with the Marriott chain for 50 Years, and I have ALWAYS liked not only the hotels, but the kid-gloves service I received there at...

Dear JILLLY99999, We're very sorry to hear of your experience at our hotel. I assure you this is not the service we aim to provide. Your comments have been shared with the management team at that hotel and we assure you it has already been addressed. We hope to have another chance to serve you should your travels bring you...

This Residence Inn, like many in the chain, is catering to shorter stay reservations and families. The rooms are suites with kitchen facilities. Breakfast is included. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Bismarck is easy to navigate, so the edge of town location shouldn't be a problem.

This place is basically brand new. Stayed overnight while visiting family. If we have to come back to Bismarck we will be staying here again. I mean this place even smells great. Bravo! Breakfast provided, pool for the kids, can't beat it!

What else can I say? The suite is clean, with comfortable furniture in the living room, a great mattress on the bed, in the kitchen a stove, fridge, microwave, complimentary coffee and popcorn. Did I mention clean? Breakfast is your typical Marriott breakfast which includes scrambled eggs, breakfast meat, fruit, yoghurt, cereal, oatmeal, toast your own toast/english muffin, muffins and...
