Eco capsule is simple but a lovely place to stay. There is no WiFi but don’t let that deter you. If you have a Malaysian sim you can still get signal outside of the rooms. Dino is a fantastic host. He was quick to answer all our questions. He was very accommodating giving us a lift to the national park (which you could walk if you liked) and the restaurants in the evening. If you like you can bring your own food to cook with in the well equipped kitchen provided. Highlight of our stay in Penang.

The pods are really affordable, set fully against nature, there's a 4 foot monitor lizard that'll keep sneaking in and out of the pond in front of the rooms, there's a fruit bat hanging there all day, there are lots of turtles and fish, and sometimes even monkeys visit in the trees. Amazingly we weren't bitten by bugs even once during our stay there. Also, Dino who runs the place is friendly and helpful beyond all expectations, he's one of the highlights of Penang with lots of great recommendations that don't feel imposing. I'll definitely want to go and stay there again.

This Resort is right next to Entopia Farm (or known as Butterfly Farm) and Escape Park. Guests could visit the highly exhausting Escape Park and walk back to resort. To top if off, the resort is part of a forest reserve where guest can go on hiking trail (but do ask for advice when and where to go). The person-in-charge, Mr. Dino is extremely helpful, offering to drop guests to the bus terminal and restaurants/eatery. A quiet and comfortable place to spend the holiday. Highly recommending it.
