We broke down close to this motel with no vacancy on a late saturday aft. Owner followed us to town, arranged for the part needed and a mechanic, made up a room under reno so that we had a place to sleep..... Above and beyond Lawrence and Karen. Thank you. You have found your calling. Best wishes from Lorne and...

We stayed for 2 nights, the rooms are clean, air conditioned, and when we needed a bit more room we were easily accomodated. Karen and Lawrence are excellent hosts. My wife and my self really enjoyed our stay at The Victorian motel and RV. Karen and Lawrence were fantastic host. As I am a fly fisherman, it was a great spot. Lawrence gave me some valuable tips and showed me how to fish the river. This was our first time staying at the RV park and we will definitely...

We stayed in the RV park. It is simple, and tidy. The owners were great. Accommodating, informative and helpful. There is a fly shop on premises featuring on site tied flies. and the owner will do shuttles for drifting fishers on the Kettle river on request. We enjoyed our stay and recommend them. It is not new, or fancy, but...

We stayed here after reading about it online and it had RV parking for our family as well. Rooms were really nice with the Victorian theme. Karen and Larry were the nicest hosts and treated us like family.

My Son and I stayed at this wonderful little paradise in the RV Park # unit 7 and we had all the services we required to park the truck and Camper.in a nice quiet spot! We were very impressed with the owners and especially Karen's Fishing Fly tying capabilities as my Son is a very ardent fly fisherman and was...

Myself and a few workers came to Grand Forks for the summer. We found the Victorian and loved that it was quiet, spaced out, and of course, on the river. We stayed in the RV portion of the motel. The owners were excellent and very helpful. We had a great time floating our pontoons down the Granby and Kettle river,...

We stopped here for one night. We had a "suite" with two beds & a kitchenette. Everything in the room was probably 40+ years old, including the stove element, the heating system & the bed itself. The owners were friendly, and the rooms were very clean, just dated & rundown. The room had a bit of a musty smell.

Wonderful hosts make your time here even more delightful. We stayed in the RV section in one of three pull-through spots, so can't say anything about the motel rooms. The RV sections was nice with a play area and mini-golf for kids. Property is right on the river, with easy access to the Trans Canada Trail and walking distance to...

There aren't many places to camp in BC in late October, so I was glad they were open. The few other campers were local workers (probably working at the mill), living in campers or trailers. While the shower was warm, and the owner friendly, this was more like a back lot in back of a run-down hotel than a full-service...
