Wow, I was really surprised by this motel! Rooms were quiet, comfortable, very clean. Cool decor inside & outside of the rooms. The restaurant & bar staff were very friendly and informative. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. There is a lot of history in this quiet, beautiful Canadian town. More than I expected and would definitely stay again!

There are not a lot of choices for places to stay in Nakusp but never fear as long as you can get a room at the K2 Rotor Lodge. This motor inn is clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Staff are friendly and professional. The in-house Arrow Lake Tavern and restaurant is a handy place for meals or a cocktail. I gave... More

Motel is located right in the downtown. Sufficient parkingplace, comfortable rooms - very clean. Perfect cuisine in airconditioned restaurant - nice place for family dinner. I can recommend nice walk to the near beach and Japan garden there - small but very interesting.

We personally stayed in the new building but other family members stayed in the older side. This hotel was absolutely more than I expected for the price. Really spacious and clean. Super comfortable beds and bedding. The bathroom was huge. The restaurant serves some of the best shredded hashbrowns, kale salad, and kalamari. I have ever had. Everyone from the... More

Stayed one night in the Old Building on Main Floor. Bit of noise upstairs not bad. Room spotless. Free WIFI. Within walking distance to all downtown. Hot Springs bit of a drive not bad. We enjoyed Happy Hour in the Lounge and had tasty dinner and next AM enjoyed a Good breakfast. Check in was excellent. The gal on the... More

We only stayed there for 1 night. The room was clean, it did not have AC but lucky enough it wasn't a hot night however when we got back from dinner the room was really stuffy. Once we turned the ceiling fan and left the window open for a little bit it was fine for the rest of the night.... More

Stayed in Nakusp on motorcycle trip - had stayed at this hotel a few years ago when it was called the Kuskanax Lodge. Excellent reception/check in - told us about the facility and it's restaurant ( great choice for supper) and the general area. Even supplied some wipe down cloths for the bikes. Room was in their second building -... More

We stayed here for one night. I booked on-line directly with the hotel. The price seemed a bit high but after all it was in tourist season. The motel is located right in the middle of Nakusp so nothing in town is very far away (the hot springs are a bit out of town). There are two sections to the... More

I attend an organized event every summer in Nakusp, and I've tried various B&Bs, hotels, lodges, etc. I've settled on the CMH K2 as my go-to lodging. This used to be known as the Kuskanax, and CMH K2 bought the place a couple of years ago. I've stayed in various rooms in the lodge over the years. Rooms in the... More

The air conditioned rooms are spacious and well furnished. We've stayed here many times both work related and for personal trips and this provides good value. It's central, has a nice restaurant and is very near several attractions, i.e., lake, park, farmer's market, grocery store, liquor store, etc.
