After you arrive at the lodge and meet Sandra and Leo who run this establishment you know that you are going to have a good experience. They are very friendly and personable and you immediately feel that you are in good hands. They were very helpful giving us information about the area and even helping us to make reservation for...

Nine friends and I stayed here for three nights while we explored nearby cycling trails. The other nine shared three cottages and I enjoyed a very comfortable room in the lodge, which came with an excellent buffet breakfast. Breakfast service starts at 8:30, so you'll have to miss it if you want to get out and about early in the...

We just celebrated our wedding anniversary at the Sandy Beach Lodge Resort. We stayed in the B&B / lodge (very nice rooms) with an amazing view of the lake. Sandra and Leo (& their team) were incredible hosts and we felt very well taken care. The resort was quiet, well kept and the breakfasts were delicious. We had such a...

Recently stayed at the Sandy Beach Lodge - amazing! Used to come every year back in the '70's with my family. The Lodge and surrounding cabins had a major update in 1986; more upscale. However, the makeover did not completely wipe out the nostalgic charm the main Lodge still offers. I stayed in one of the Lodge rooms for the...

This is the second time we have stayed at Sandy Beach Lodge & Resort. The first time was a lucky chance since we managed to get in on a last minute cancellation. We stayed in a room at the lodge, which was originally planned for only one night, but upon arrival and seeing how wonderful the resort was, we quickly...

It's hard to top Naramata for overall Okanagan experience, wine, clean water, relaxed vibe. Sandy Beach Lodge is Naramata's only water front accommodation. It's location on Mill Bay is arguably one of the best on magnificent Lake Okanagan. New managers, Sandra and Leo, have raised the bar and SBL has never looked or felt finer. Cabins are almost impossible to...

Sandy Beach Lodge is a beautiful gem. A quiet corner of paradise. We stayed in the B&B section of the lodge and would recommend this accommodation to anyone. It’s not fancy but certainly clean, quiet and has a beautiful view. The managers Sandra and Leo were awesome. There is a reason that folks come back year after year. This will...

This was our 26th year coming back to Sandy Beach Lodge. The new managers Sandra and Leo, made us feel extremely welcome. Though they are learning the culture of the "lifers" like us, they are fast learners, and welcomed us with open arms. They did everything to make our stay great, and were exceptional hosts. One small problem with our...

Just got back from our 26th year of mid-summer holidays at Sandy Beach, and it was a fabulous as ever. After all these years, we still wouldn't miss it for anything. Our kids grew up there with other families' kids, and our daughter still comes from Calgary to join us and reconnect with old friends. New managers Sandra and Leo...

My wife and I have been coming to the B and B Lodge at Sandy Beach for 9 years, and we have met a number of managers over that time. This is not meant to be a criticism of past managers, but the new managers, Sandra and Leo, have no equals, and frankly, this year's stay was the very best...
