My family have been staying at the Heffley for years. The location is fantastic, the rooms are always in great shape, and the atmosphere is most welcoming. Staffing is lean, which accounts for some of the comments but this is a destination hotel and if you let them know when you are coming they are there.

Thank you for your review, which reflects what our management is trying to achieve. And finally a review from a guest who actually stayed at the Heffley Boutique Inn. Many of our negative reviews are from disgruntled employees and do not reflect the quality we offer. Thank you very much and we do look forward to hosting you again. Manfred,...

Traveller must stay away. This place should be condemned and not allowed to operate. Three best words to describe this place Aweful, Aweful, Ridiculously Aweful! When we arrived at 7:07 pm it was very cold outside, it took 30 minutes to check in after repeat calls with the phone on the check in desk to located a person. No one...

Our room was very spacy and clean. We were very heartily welcomed by the manager Manfred who kept us informed about what was going on in Sun Peaks. We will definitely come back soon. It was the first time in Sun Peaks. You could see that the place is also a very good choice in the winter. I am a...

I'd rather stay at the hostel. They want to charge you for everything, ice, wi-fi. No vending machines. No ice machines. Half the time there was no one at the front desk. Mattresses were from my college leftovers 24 yrs ago. Brutal, brutal , brutal. Awful

Went there in the shoulder season. No heat first off. There was no staff so nobody was able to help. The room looked like it hadn't been remodeled since the 80s. And the bed might have been good for Fred Flintstone but I would have like something that was softer and not convex.

First, let me premise this by saying we picked this hotel through Interval time share and is the only time share available through Interval. Second, May to mid June is between the winter and summer high seasons. Unlike Whistler’s “slow” season during these months, Sun Peaks is pretty much near a ghost town. Unless you’re an addicted to golf, one...

Customer service was fine however no ice machine, wifi costs extra, parking is extra. Rooms are clean, quite and comfortable but bit dated. Nice location and Sun Peakes is great place to plan summer and winter.

Do not usually write reviews(truly) but felt compelled to let travellers know about the Heffley Inn. Ski Locker Upon arrival we were told that we needed to store our skis in the "ski locker" downstairs and each "ski locker" held 1 pair of skis - and you needed a lock - we are here for a ski race and have...

We walked in to the hotel to find no one at the front desk. Eventually someone showed up. This guy was like the guy from National Lampoons European Vacation!! First he told us he didn't have the right room. We told him we would wait for ours to be clean. He said his staff already went home! Then he said...

We stayed here with family as a surprize and were not too pleased. The rooms were dated/old and felt very cheap - there was not even conditioner in the room. Our shower head had about 1/2 the water spraying from the top, soaking the roof and everything outside of the shower. The beds were hard and the springs could be...
