We stayed July 10, 2016 for one night on our way to PEI. A very late check in with T. was just fine. Thankfully the office is open 24 h. Property is a bit dated but clean and maintained. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was included. Breakfast room was clean and good selection for continental breakfast.

Clean and comfortable; we slept well. Easy to find off the highway and conveniently located across from large grocery store. We stayed in the second building, a converted house, with our dog. Our entrance was through a closed-in porch that faces the street. Indoor-outdoor carpeting in this area smelled a little of dog pee but the room was fine. Lots...

We stopped in for the night on the way back from out east. It was recommended by a local person, so we stopped in. The room was nice a clean and newly renovated. They did a pretty good job on the renovation. The price was ok and they include a continental breakfast(we didn't bother). It right across the street from...

Just returned from a 2 night stay at this motel. Pros.....way cheaper than anything in Saint Andrews, yet only a 20 minute drive from the "Resort Area".....VERY CLEAN...newly renovated. Nice size room. (We had 2 queen beds). Good clean bathroom. Nice beds/bedding. Soft pillows. Fridge/microwave. Drive up style, so easy access to room from vehicle. Nice and quiet. We had...

Stayed here on our way from Maine to PEI. Nice clean place with very comfortable beds. Wish it had a hair dryer. Breakfast was free- basically cereal and toast, but it was nice. I'd certainly stay here again. The only disappointing thing was the sign said a seasonal pool but it had been filled in with dirt. The kids were...

We travel with our two Chihuahua's. The Winsome offers pet friendly rooms. There are several sections. However the pet friendly rooms Are I believe a house converted into rooms that is for the pet people. It has a closed in front porch. The rooms are neat and well kept. Large area to walk pets. Free continental breakfast in main lobby....

Just driving through and needed a quick overnight stay. Very easy to find, directly across from a grocery store, which was great. Staff very friendly and helpful. Traveling with 3 adults & 3 kids. Staff was kind enough to offer and bring us an extra sleeping mat for the youngest, along with extra towels. Continental breakfast was serviceable, very clean,...

We've been staying at Winsome Inn for at least 25 years since we travel between Cape Breton Nova Scotia and Massachusetts. It is a landmark on our trips and our preferred lodging. Clean, wifi , beds and bedding, friendly and accomodating staff. all great. Repeat: the motel is great! The problem is that the town's water is chlorinated (or something)...

Booked in unexpectedly and fortunate for us there where only two rooms left. It was apparent that it had recently had some renovations/upgrades but the workmanship was not the best. The comfortable bed, clean washroom and convenience of having your vehicle right outside the door was reassuring. It included an extensive continental breakfast that was more than sufficient for anyone...
