Room was surprisingly large with a large bathroom. Linen smelled fresh and were crisp. Staff was incredibly friendly. Unfortunately it got loud in the early morning since the room was above kitchen. Here we could here the staff talking and the dishes clanging.

Stayed here for one night and found it to be a decent hotel style B&B (although it does have a common area for guests). The breakfast was basic, bacon, scrambled eggs, cereal & toast station but service was quick.
