Ed and Margaret have done a great job restoring and renovating this old house. The bedrooms are plenty spacious and the living room offers a cozy place to read, watch tv, or listen to Ed's stories. Ed is a native of the area so can offers many great insights. Margaret provides a great breakfast in the dining room set with...

Once we found this place (not easy since GPS failed us) we settled in to one of the most memorable B&B's during our 2 week trip to Newfoundland. Our days started with a very tasty and bountiful breakfast prepared by Margaret. We enjoyed our evenings with Ed served up a glass of his fine Costco wine and who had no...

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay at Rolling Hills. Ed was a very welcoming and knowledgable host. We so enjoyed our evening visits with him and certainly learned about the Trinity area as well as Newfoundland. Margaret's breakfasts were very tasty and we enjoyed our conversations with her as well. The home had lots of character and we felt...

stayed July 18, 2014 in second floor bedroom facing front of house. Great hosts - very friendly. Hosts live in separate house, so guests have access to kitchen in the B and B. Great breakfast - waffles with blueberries and partridge berries and whipped cream. Ensuite bathroom very small with poor quality fixtures, linens and toilet paper.

Upon first arrival we were a little unsure because no one was there with doors unlocked. Note saying to pick a room and put your stuff in it and close the door behind us left us a little uncomfortable. But we soon realized this isn't the big city. Ed, our host met us out front a few minutes later and...

The house is a century home, all furnished with antiques. Everything is left in the original state. Host and hostess (Ed and Margaret) treat guests like long lost family. Margaret asked us to join a kitchen party, we did and we had a great time !! Great food and super location.

This B&B is in a traditional home that is 100 plus years old. It has been up dated so all rooms have their own bath but many aspects of the old house are still noticeable like the lower wooden ceilings and the hardwood floors. It is not luxurious but the rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfasts are about the...

Margaret made wonderful breakfasts and was so kind to us while we were there..offering muffins to take on the road, etc... extremely quiet area It was like staying with...

We stayed for 3 nights to get the most out of the Trinity Area. B&B accommodation is quite basic, but the hosts make the stay entirely worthwhile. Real Newfoundlanders with a great sense if humour. Enjoyed the comraderie with other guests. Great value and only 5 km to Trinity.

Ed and Margaret were wonderful hosts. We absolutely loved their warm hospitality and the advice the gave about the area. To me, this is what staying at a B&B is all about, interacting with the hosts and the other guests. We were there for two nights and our favourite time was evenings spent with Ed who was so entertaining. The...
