This is a rustic style place. If absolute cleanliness is a must for you skip this. The building constructed of cedar inter locking timber has had water and dampness issues. You can see the owners are fighting hard to control the issues. I expect it...More
Nice location just across the road from the beach. The cottages are clean and cozy. Wireless works well and satellite tv is fine.
Each cottage has a BBQ on a covered deck. All the cooking utensils and appliances you need are also provided.
The chalets are small homes, complete with a kitchen, living room, dining area, front porch with grill, picnic table and easy location on the Cabot Trail. Don't miss taking the walk to the beach, 5 minutes down a wooded path that opens to the Atlantic.
The chalet we stayed in was number 15. it was well toward the back and the perfect blend of peace and tranquility. It has a rustic cabin feel outside with an interior of all wood that projects a warm feeling. We ate out each evening...More
Just returned from a 3 day stay at Ingonish Chalets with another couple. From the speedy, friendly service at check in , to the extremely clean chalet, this place rates number one. The staff are extremely helpful, and the beach is phenomenal!

We got there kind of late. Then left for dinner. I didn't see a fire pit. I believe, there is a grill on the porch. There was a frig, table, and coffee maker. No sink in the little kitchenette, we washed our berries in the bathroom. We had only made simple muffins for the morning drive and fresh berries. There are a number of little dinners or restaurants in the area. Ours was in a row, connected to others on the sides, like row homes. We didn't have the separate ones...even though we thought we would. It is not along the beach, other side of the road. Yes, I believe heat? You may ask them.
