The service was great, very informative attendant! The room was OK - there were quite a number of bugs, but I don't think that could be avoided considering the Cape Breton Highlands but there were lots of things in the room! Microwave, toaster, fridge, sofa-bed,...More

We got there kind of late. Then left for dinner. I didn't see a fire pit. I believe, there is a grill on the porch. There was a frig, table, and coffee maker. No sink in the little kitchenette, we washed our berries in the bathroom. We had only made simple muffins for the morning drive and fresh berries. There are a number of little dinners or restaurants in the area. Ours was in a row, connected to others on the sides, like row homes. We didn't have the separate ones...even though we thought we would. It is not along the beach, other side of the road. Yes, I believe heat? You may ask them.
