We stayed here two nights last July and it was a great experience. The Inn is wonderfully decorated, clean and relatively spacious and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was top restaurant class in presentation and flavour. An easy drive to the fort for a great day exploring and an education. For a great stay and to experience some wonderful Canadian history...

The inn keeper is friendly and helpful. It is close to the Fortress of Louisbourg National Historic site, The rooms are comfortable and artistically decorated. We spent the day at the fort and were glad we were staying in Louisbourg.

David is an exceptional host. Check in was quick and he explained things about the B & B. He has a Keurig so guests can get themselves a coffee anytime. We had been travelling and sightseeing all day so after we unpacked my wife thought see would go get herself a coffee. When she got there David said you don't...

We stayed here for two nights in early October 2016, and highly recommend it. It is a big old house, and we were on the 3rd floor, so readers with mobility concerns should include that in their inquiry. Our room was more like a suite. Like the rest of the house, it has been well looked after and clean. Breakfasts...

The room was great, the staff friendly and helpful and the B&B perfectly situated after a day at the Fortress of Louisbourg. The continental breakfast included was pretty good and certainly helped out the budget.

This is a fantastic place. Each room is gorgeous and unique. The house is beautifully decorated and extremely clean. Gas fireplace, jacuzzi tub, ceiling fan, scrumptious food. I don't know how a person could expect more than what David has to offer. HIGHLY recommend.

We stayed in Louisbourg to tour the Fortress of Louisbourg, but we ended up enjoying so much more than that. It was wonderful, but so was our B&B, and, based on our very congenial host's recommendation, we went to the Louisbourg Playhouse and saw J P Cormier, a Cape Breton artist who has made it big in the outside world...

This B and B has been lovingly maintained and is a joy to see. Our room on the 3rd floor was large and comfortable and had peek a boo views over the Atlantic. As our luggage was carried up for us the stairs were no problem. The Inn is conveniently close to both the fortress and the down town area...

Loved staying in this bed and breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff and delicious breakfast consisting of quiche, fried potatoes fruit and more. I highly recommend this inn. They recommended the Lobster Kettle for dinner and we enjoyed a lobster dinner.

Just a quick drive from the FL Visitors Center. Innkeeper David is most helpful. We stayed in Anne's Hideaway, with twin beds, a spacious bathroom with tub and shower. No rooms are on the main floor, so stairs are required for room access. Breakfast was a delight, from cereals to egg bake with fresh fruit and toasted croissants. Coffee, tea,...
