Everything about this place says 'kick back and enjoy yourself'. We spent an entire afternoon on the front balcony chatting with other guests and watching the sites in the...

Just back from a week at the Inn where i stayed to attend a wedding in Chester and also stayed on to do some sightseeing. The room was comfortable and the bathroom had everything i needed. The breakfasts were wonderful, something different every single morning i was there and the convivial chats round the breakfast table with other guests made...

Great bed and breakfast, wonderful innkeeper - we had a lovely visit in a very clean establishment with excellent service. The inn is very close to shopping and has lovely walking paths nearby. Chester is located midway between Peggy's cove and lunenburg with fabulous scenic drives along the east coast. Our innkeeper, Suzi, was very welcoming and personable, and very...

We stayed for 5 nights at this delightful inn to tour Nova Scotia and visit friends. The inn is cosy, clean and welcoming with extremely comfortable beds. The owner Suzy was extremely kind and our breakfasts were a 'tour de force'. We got up every morning eagerly awaiting the day's super surprise that was breakfast. From quesadillas (sp?) to banana...

Suzi Fraser, proprietor at Mecklenburgh Inn, made my one-night stay in Chester comfortable and very relaxed. Her experience as a yacht cook in the off season serves her well as chief cook & bottle washer here-- had the yummiest Monte Cristo for breakfast! Clean, casual 19th c. home. Walk to harbor and shops. Suzi made calls to find accommodations for...
