Lisa and Bruce provided such a welcoming, beautifully decorated, comfortable home that we extended our stay to THREE Days. We would go back again in a heart beat. It is in an excellent location, scenic, and provides an outdoor sitting area, complete with blankets. An elegant breakfast was served with a regal appeal. A free snack area was provided with...

We had a fabulous overnight stay at Fisherman's Daughter. It has a perfect location in Mahone Bay by being within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants. Bruce and Lisa are such welcoming hosts who made us feel immediately comfortable in their beautiful B& B. They had a lovely fire going for us in the sitting room downstairs and...

My sister and I stayed at Fisherman's Daughter this past weekend following an all day knitting workshop. It was a bitter cold day and were happy to be welcomed to this beautiful B&B with a roaring fire, and our room (Emma's Rood) already warm and ready for us. Lots of attention to detail: extra toiletries if needed, snacks, a lending...

We stayed here for two nights in October and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lisa is a wonderful host and provided us with many suggestions on what to see in the area and where to eat. Basically, most restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Our room was Emma's Hideaway and we found it to be perfect for the two of...

This was our first experience ever with any B&B - and we are very happy. Lisa and Bruce are great hosts and we like this romantic place a lot. Our room (McNabs Garden) is wonderfully equipped and has an ensuite-bath. Breakfast was very good. We enjoyed the experience.

We stayed here for two nights and enjoyed it very much. Bruce was so helpful with giving us ideas of places to go and also with map directions. Lisa presented fabulous breakfasts and we appreciated her home baking. We stayed in the captains quarters and loved being on the main floor with king sized bed and beautiful bathroom.

My husband and I had a terrific one-night stay at the Fisherman's Daughter. Lisa greeted us warmly and made us at home. Our room was clean, comfortable and well-appointed. We appreciated the 'little extras' like a common area closet stocked with treats, water bottles and extra toiletries. Adirondack chairs on the front lawn overlooking the water and a bottle of...

We had a wonderful warm welcome from Bruce and Lisa. Our room was gorgeous with lovely views. Lisa provided a really nice cooked breakfast. It was the perfect location to explore places such as Lunenburg. The little extras, cool drinks etc were much appreciated.

This is a charming and stylish B&B located between two of Mahone Bay's famous churches. The standards were high and the location excellent. We were a little concerned at being in a downstairs room at the front of the house with the main road through Mahone Bay being only a couple of hundred yards from our window but the place...

My wife and I very much enjoyed the Fisherman's Daughter, where we occupied Emma's Hideaway for four nights in August. Our accommodations were very comfortable and quiet, and Mahone Bay proved a good base from which to explore the surrounding area, including Lunenberg, but the real highlights of our stay were our conversations with our friendly, gregarious hosts, Lisa and...
