We stayed one night on our drive around Cape Breton. The motel provided good clean accommodation, a comfortable bed, and a quiet room. It was perfect for our needs, and we would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

This motel is just past the village of Whycocomagh on 105 highway. With a few minutes drive, you can buy food/beer/liquor at the local Coop store. Also close by is a couple of restaurants. The staff at the motel were excellent and the room met our needs. The room was clean and included a table and chairs, a fridge, microwave...

We stay here almost yearly for work, and we're always delighted with the service and accommodations. The owner is nice, the rooms are very reasonably priced, and the rooms are comfortable with working wifi and everything else you'd expect. You won't get a better deal around.

Motel is conveniently located on the trans Canada right next to the Bras D'or Lakes. Rooms are dated but very clean. Small kitchen area with microwave, fridge, coffee maker and table and chairs. Owner was pleasant and very helpful. Reasonably priced.

Excellent small motel on the Trans Canada Highway (rte 104) next to the Bras d'or lakes. Very traditional and very pleasant room with wi-fi, small kitchen area and free parking out front. Only a few miles to the small town.

Definitely a no frills motel. Pretty clean but very, very dated. Our room (#1) had a really musty, stale smoke smell. Fridge microwave wifi (very slow) table and TV in our room. Laundry was also available which we desperately needed. Only $1.50 a load (honour system) and $0.50 a dry (needed 2-3 cycles to fully dry). Staff was extremely friendly...

The room had a musty smell and the bed was not very comfortable. The wi Fii was slow and did not always work. The room did have a table and fridge and microwave and staff was very friendly and the grounds were very nice.

No frills, but clean and comfortable. Room#7 had a queen sized bed, fridge, coffee maker and microwave. The office did offer free ice upon request. Free internet, but very slow connection. Local restaurant information was provided in room.Located midway between Baddeck and Mabou.
