The staff was somewhat friendly, depending which time of day you caught them at, the room were dark and could have used brighter bulbs or more lamps, the casino had many new machines and alot of older ones. has shown improvement since renovations

Very dated. The walls were paper thin. You can hear your neighbors conversations while they watch tv. At night you can hear people walking in the hallway. The staff member checking us in was very lethargic and had to get assistance it seemed at all the duties she performed. I felt for her because the way she carried herself reflects...

Staff is rude, bed sheets were blood stained, buffet has made me sick twice now and to top it all off they charged more to my credit card than what my receipt says. Avoid this establishment at all costs

THE ROOM - This bus trip our room was on the second floor. It was near the elevator and the stairs, but since it was in the newer section we still had to go down long hallways to the newer section where there was access to the second floor. There were three buses at 4 Bears but where we stayed...

Had a fun night at this casino. They have alot of different slot machines. Friendly atmosphere. The machines could always pay of better. There was only one bartender at a very busy bar, which frustrated some people . But all in all not a bad place to have some fun.

The girl that checked us in was very helpful and friendly but our room was not ready when it was supposed...

Smoke shop and c store are the worst cashiers I've ever seen. One girl at the c store just sits on her phone while your standing in line waiting to b rung up. Smoke shop makes rude comments under there breath. Horrible place for service. I won't b back.

We liked our stay at 4Bears but the girl on the front desk needs an attitude adjustment The first thing she said to us was you better have a reservation Never smiled once and acted like we were imposing on her time

Pleased to find an attractive room along with a very reasonable rate. The bathroom needs an update. The tub was very slippery. The beds were comfortable with updated tv and chairs. The check in clerk did not give complete information on how to get on the internet. Found out the phone had not been connected but it was addressed as...

I have stayed here a few times for work and each time the trip was pleasant. If you stay during the week right now they have a very good deal going on. The casino is nice and fun. The buffet is good and the snack shack is good fried food. Wish they would have kept the ice cream available over...
