Comfortable, Clean and Friendly - everything you need in a motel. Joe was very helpful and even offered to make us breakfast in the morning. Good location for the Minto area. The restaurant was clearly a popular local place too.

For the past 2 years the King Hotel has been our venue for our annual staff party for approx. 90 people. We have found service to be outstanding as Joe and his staff are efficient, hospitable and eager to please their guests. I would recommend this venue for any function or gathering weather large or small. Look forward to seeing...

My baseball team The Fort Erie Senior Cannons have had the pleasure of staying at the King Hotel the last 2 Labour Day Weekends to attend the OBA Provincials in Listowell. Each year Joe (owner) has gone way above and beyond to make the players and wives/partners as comfortable as possible during our stay. Providing the famous toasted egg sandwiches...

We didn't expect much, but got lots. It is a small town, and the hotel is nothing fancy, but it provides a nice room, and great people to serve you. Joe and his wife couldn't do enough for us. Free food for kids, ice cream ,bananas, melons, french fries, etc. We had our own BBQ for our ball team and...

My wife & I recently spent a night at the King Hotel in Palmerston. It appears to be family owned and operated. Very friendly. Made you feel welcome. The rooms are a bit dated but comfortable and clean. Had a great sleep. We were offered coffee & toast in the morning. The rate was reasonable. We would stay there again.

I have family that live in the Palmerston area in the retirement home, Royal Terrace. My daughter and I travelled from Calgary, Alberta and stayed at the King Hotel which allowed us quick and easy access to the home several times throughout the day. Palmerston is a tiny town of 3,000 and when we arrived at the Hotel, Joe and...

Joe is amazing! We checked-in after all the near-by restaurants had closed and were treated royally--including a homemade supper and glass of wine. Joe makes you feel like one of the family! Joe really makes the establishment what it is but the rooms are clean and quiet and renovated. We'll be back ......and go out of our way to do...

We recently had a stay at King Hotel and it was fantastic! The room was clean and the owner was extremly accommodating. Not 5 minutes after we arrived in our room, Joe knocked on our door with a bottle of wine in hand. Also, in the morning he offered to make us breakfast. It felt like we were staying at...
