Prior to arriving for my business trip, I had people telling me about how nice this hotel was. I found it "meh". Now, my experience was a little different, but I was underwhelmed. At check-in, I was advised that the hotel was full and that although I would have a king-size bed, I would be in an "accessible" room. I...

Our stay was over the long weekend from July 29-August 1. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at this hotel and it was exactly as I expected it to be. The front desk staff were fantastic and extremely helpful. The room was very clean and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable. Even though there was a wedding party...

Dear ToodlesCA Thank you for such a detailed yet very positive feedback. I am glad to see your stay was not spoiled by the broken elevator on the first night. We try our best to keep the equipment in working order, but sometimes malfunctioning happens. Our team works hard to fix every issue in timely manner and the fact that...

We often stay at the hotel. Service is very good especially in the restaurant. They gym is a little larger than most and the rooms are usually clean. Unfortunately this morning my wife and a large bug met in the bathroom. This is a bit unnerving as you might wonder if bed bugs could be a problem. The desk attendant...

My visit was very pleasant overall - my room was large, clean, & comfortable, the breakfast was nice and offered solid selection, and the staff was friendly. Everything from Novotel's end was perfect. However, I made the mistake of booking through a 3rd party called "Hotels One" which has been extremely difficult to deal with. After seeing that their price...

Lobby smells of air deodorant. It is nauseating. Staff friendly. Well situated. Room had dirty carpet. The handicap bathroom was a mess. Broken down. No fan. Water from shower going everywhere on floor. Disgusting. Sink blocked. Didnt feel like repacking so we put up with it. Very disappointed in our choice. Wont b back.

We stayed at this Hotel recently when we attended a Hockey Tournament in Town. The Hotel is very modern and the rooms were clean and spacious. It was five minutes to go to any of the areas that we needed to and they have a great restaurant on the premises. We would definitely return.

Good value stay. Service at the hotel was very good. Hotel rooms were modern and very clean with a very comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast buffet which is worth a visit. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

Novotel Vaughan has a great team of people working there and it is a good central location with quick access to many locations in greater TO. Their reception team was awesome. I was greeted by Victor at reception and he made my whole experience, very hospitable from the beginning. Their buffet breakfast has many good options to choose from.

This was our 5th at the Novotel in Vaughan and this time I am happy I saved money by booking through Hotwire rather than paying full pop. The beds are comfortable and for the most part extremely clean. This time on arrival however our room had a toilet that had not been flushed (and therefore not cleaned), one towel that...

Visited Toronto during Christmas break. Stay here with my family, the Front Desk was very nice and friendly. The hotel is extremely close to Vaughan Mills mall which is a good thing. The mall parking lot was jammed and we decided to walk to the mall from the hotel. Lots of selections for buffet breakfast, worth every penny.
