The hosts were trying their best. The house was not clean with a horrible musty smell everywhere, bedroom doors locked but did not latch. No hot water first thing in the morning and breakfast was well disappointing. Would not recommend based on our all round bad experience here. Travelled with another couple and they got the same impression. We booked...

Tremendously interesting and helpful hosts, and a wonderful historical home in a tranquil setting....amazing gardens and right on the banks of the Hillsborough River. Excellent service, excellent breakfast....could not ask for anything more in a Bed and Breakfast. We stopped here during a tip-to-tip bicycle tour - and had no trouble finding the accommodation, which was close to both the...

Susan and Robert are wonderful, cheerful hosts with a lovely home. It's a B&B, not a hotel, so set your expectations accordingly. Robert hauled our luggage upstairs, unloaded our bikes and stored them in his garage, and even repaired a flat tire on a bike. They have a lovely home with the upstairs bedrooms devoted to guests, several rooms downstairs...

Not a great spot. They mean well. Keep searching. Comforter need cleaning it did not smell fresh. Home is very cluttered. Bathroom is shared and the door would not close. Hair dryer would not work in the bathroom had to plug it into the snake of extension cords already being used in the bedroom.

We were greeted so warmly after our hard day of cycling. the room was lovely with a bathroom close by all to ourselves, a lounge with hot drinks for us too. We slept really well and we had a delicious homemade breakfast the next morning with a friendly chat about our shared interest in cycling. definitely recommend.

A beautiful old home, well restored and maintained. Susan greeted us with lemonade and lots of ideas for what to see the next days. She had lots of brochures and maps to help and even compiled a scrapbook file of upcoming events. Our room was lovely and their property is gorgeous. Robert made us a breakfast with lots of choices,...

Robert and Susan Green, the innkeepers, were the best hosts. They are a wealth of knowledge. Super breakfast, and a clean and quiet room, perfect. There is not too many dining spots nearby, but we tried Rob Roy's and it was good.

My husband and I enjoyed five nights at this charming and interesting home. We brought our tandem with us and headed out each day to explore. Sue and Robert provided us with exciting ideas of places to explore. Most days, we headed right out of their driveway and onto the Trail. Other days, we took our bike out to the...

Our family chose to stay in Mount Stewart, PEI, for a few days for its proximity to the Confederation Trail bike path (3 possible directions from this location). We did enjoy biking one day, but we also loved the easy proximity to Charlottetown and the whole central and eastern sides of the island. So, the location of Water's Edge B&B...

What a friendly, warm and accommodating couple Sue & Robert are. The house is very charming and comfortable. Very nice bed and lovely breakfast. We were given delicious muffins to take away with us for later in the day. The house is located on the watersedge and among large trees which provide shelter from the hot sun. Pretty garden. Sue...
