Julie really puts her heart into her B&B. The house is quaint and cozy, with a comfy lounge area and dining room. There is also a nice deck overlooking their spacious green lawn that is great for kids to run around on. The rooms are tastefully decorated, and share a bathroom on the landing. They might be a bit cramped...

This is a B&B style accommodation not a hotel. This was exactly what we had hoped for and more - lovely place tucked into the mountains, wonderful hosts & even better food - booking the dinner w/ room is a must. Great scenery and lots of opportunities for sight-seeing!

Great food, very friendly. Notre Dame des Bois has several good restaurants to choose from; this was one of the better ones

Julie and Pascal run this quaint B&B very close to Mont Megantic and the Astrolab. It is also conveniently located to Lac Megantic and about an hour from Parc Frontenac. It is a place to get very far away from the city. As mentioned in other reviews, Julie is an amazing chef. Breakfast was a wonder each day (we stayed...

The house is clean and comfortable, with a stunning view on Mont-Megantic national park, both from the different (very pleasant) patios and from inside the house (and also probably from two of the rooms). Superb flowers and greenery around the house add to the view and the charm of the place. Rooms are nicely decorated in a simple, modern style...

went there with my bestfriend for a little weekend roadtrip, and it was perfect for us! The owners are very welcoming and kind, they make us feel at home, and they let us our space. The rooms are super clean and nice, they give you towles and a little handmade soap. There's a nice big living room on the middle...

Julie makes you feel very welcome. We planned to hike and needed to be at the trailhead very early and she made sure we had a scrumptious breakfast before we left. The house is tastefully decorated and comfortable.

Located close to the Canada/US border, this exceptional B and B should be on the radar for savvy travellers. Julie and Pascal are great hosts, and the food is truly exceptional. We were privileged to spend three nights here, with two dinners. Julie seeks out wonderful local ingredients, and prepares them with love and a magic touch that shows cooking...

Our stay was last year in January. there was snow on the ground but we were received so warmly. The food and hospitality were something special! Lovely little town, highly recommended and I am a professional travel writer! Nearby Mt. Megantic with it's nighttime snow shoeing trail and stargazing is a dream.

Our friends and us recently stayed overnight at Haut Bois Dormant, as a stop over on our way to Lac-Mégantic, for a next day golf game. We were celebrating one of our friend's 50th Birthday. Julie greeted us with a big smile and proceeded to show us the B & B and our rooms. The rooms were very clean and...
