This was my first visit to the hotel which is located about 30 minutes South East of Montreal. The hotel is situated on the Richelieu river. The room we originally booked for 4 people was too small so we switched to a suite in the newer building where the spa is located. The room had a big living room with...

This was our first visit to Les Trois Tilleuls since the new owners. We frequented the Trois Tilleuls when we lived in Montreal often but hadn't returned since we moved to Toronto a few years ago. The positives: The new owners have upgraded many things in the hotel 1. new reception desk (beautiful grey marble) 2. new bar (well designed)...

The room was amazing! Clean and comfortable, air conditioning that works so well (thankfully)! The two person tub is perfect after a day of sightseeing, or the shower with so many different nozzles to choose from! Loved starting the morning with a cup of coffee on the balcony overlooking the river. The breakfast was so tasty, with many options to...

We stayed here by accident because the entire city of Montreal didn't have a single room for the night, and it forced us to look a bit outside the city. We arrived late. The staff was very helpful with our bags. The room was amazing with a balcony overlooking the river, a two person jetted tub, and a very comfortable...

We had a long drive to find this hotel, as our GPS did not know the way!!! I asked to see the room and was pleasantly surprised, I am sure it was not the standard room we had booked, A view from a small balcony across the river was a bonus. The room was very french, and it had every...

We went to celebrate our 20 th wedding anniversary. We took a reservation for lunch and decided to take la table d'hote. The food was Ok but service should be improved. Our bottle of red wine was served warm and we were told it was a californian, instead it was a canadian wine. Also the waiter wiped the drop of...

I had the chance to go there for a work reception and loved the whole scenery, the staff was very friendly and the food was also great. I haven't tried the spa but next time I'll be there, I'll be sure to try it out. The owner also has a collection downstairs which on its own is worth a detour....

We have stayed here for 3 nights while we attended a family function. Staff is very nice and wanting to make you feel welcomed. Example (Nelson our waiter) in the restaurant was excellent in making a person feel happy/ welcomed. For anyone's interest when making a reservation ask for table 25. It is the best table in the house. We...

I was at the 3 Tilleuls for business with my team. The new owners are investing massively on renovation through out the hotel... Already the location is charming - service great - food wow! But now we do have a revamped hotel for our pleasure... Strongly suggest the hotel for business meetings or for leasure - kids friendly with a...

Positive: the rooms are very spacious, the location by the river amazing, like the views of it you have from almost every corner of the property Negative: terrible dinner experience. Food was ok, but the "singer-crooner" on the Saturday night was SO LOUD, it ruined the romantic evening I was planning on having with my wife. Simply put, we felt...
