Four of us stopped here as we headed south and then again heading north. $21 for a room. Clean and a decent bed. Coffee available at 6AM in the office. The restaurant never opened so we crossed the highway for dinner and breakfast at the 'Best of Baja'.

I've stayed at the Turista Motel five times in the last six years while heading to LaPaz. The rooms are kept clean, the staff is helpful and there is always somebody that speaks some English. There are several restaurants within walking distance if the motel restaurant isn't open.

Rooms are well appointed, clean, very comfortable. The management meets all the visitors needs. Situated on the south end of the town away from distracting activities. You won't find a a quieter or more comfortable nights rest at any rate.

We have visited Turista Motel frequently since our last review. The hotel is still impressively-well managed. The rooms are clean, the beds comfortable, and the showers are clean with lots of hot water. We would recommend this hotel highly

The owner Maria, is amazing. Our daughter & her husband stay here when driving the Baja. We wanted to drive down too but we needed a handicap bathroom. Our kids asked Maria if she could have wider doors installed to make the bathroom usable for her dad. When we arrived last week to our great surprise The door remodel was...

We feel that Turista Motel is the best option in El Rosario. It is extremely-well maintained and very comfortable and very reasonable. We had stayed there on many previous occasions and plan to continue doing so. The showers are a treat and the king beds comfortable. A real plus is the ability to park right in front of the room....

Due to the start of the Baja 1000, Baja Cactus Hotel was full when we stopped there for the night. However the manager there recommended we try the Turista Motel. Located on the left as we headed out of town, the Turista is right next to the highway. This was not a big problem - we did hear a few...

This is the third accommodation my wife and I have utilized in El Rosario and by far the best. We've stayed here for the last 3 years after discovering it. It's on the far side of town so a 2 mile walk to "city center". The personnel and service are excellent with coffee in the morning and refrigerator space for...

Turista Motel is located on the left, on the edge of town, as you leave, heading south. It's a newer place. I stayed there twice in August of 2012 and considered it a great find. It was spotless and the room was tastefully appointed and sported a king bed, but for some reason there was no place to hang the...

We stayed there because our first choice, Baja Cactus Hotel, didn't hold our reservations. The Toursita Motel was very comfortable and clean. The rooms felt and looked fairly new. They had TV and Wifi. No coffee in the room but the office had hot coffee ready at 6AM. Good warm water for the shower. Like most hotels along the highway,...
