My fiance and I booked a mid-week trip because we wanted to get away without all of the weekend chaos. The weather forecast for the day we were set to arrive called for rain, so we decided to upgrade our standard room to a suite. I called three times the day before we were supposed to arrive- no one ever answered. I sent an email to the hotel- I never got a reply. I tried contacting them through WhatsApp- and although the messages were picked up, no response. I did get a "hello" reply the following day, but they never responded when I replied. When we did get to the hotel, the front desk agent seemed annoyed. When I mentioned we wanted an upgrade (and tried to contact the property multiple times to request one), she gave us one for free, but the room must have been the oldest one they had. There was a weird ledge on the headboard that I hit my head on three times, and the trash can in the bathroom hadn't been emptied (the lid of the trashcan was covered in dust). The bed was insanely comfortable -- so I'll give them that, but I don't think we'd return to this hotel, which is a shame. We had really been looking forward to staying there based on what we'd seen online.

Place is great and comfortable, accessible and easy to find, but is to close to the highway so expect noise even in the futhest room, pet friendly but not that many space for walks. Pretty clean and has continental breakfast in the morning in the lobby.
