I had a wonderful time here. I definitely advise bringing a car or even a van because the streets get muddy when it rains, luckily I was able to find an Uber so we could go to the city and get food. You can't bring food or drinks, so keep that in mind. The breakfast they offer is so delicious that I loved it. I had a great time out of the city here.

The place is incredible, and they offer extra activities, which makes the stay more fun. Its facilities are first-class and the treatment of the hosts is luxurious, an excellent place to spend several days. Excellent location very close to points of interest.

Room Tip: Viajar en automóvil propio o rentado, el servicio de UBER es casi inexistente en la región.

Excellent place and attention. Very quiet for families or for trips as a couple. Very comfortable rooms. Very well maintained areas. The best glamping experience in the Valley. The pool and jacuzzi area is incredible!! 10/10!

- I asked for blankets, they denied me
- Bath every day with cold water
- Dirty sheets
- At reception they never answer the room phone and when you write on WhatsApp it takes hours to answer
- The hand washing and shower soaps were terrible, they were refills and they were all the same, the same shampoo, the same hand soap, they were all the same and not different
- Terrible service from the people who work at the hotel
- air conditioning is not enough for the room

When we saw the hotel online we loved it but it only took a few minutes there for us to regret our stay
-When we arrived we asked for an extra blanket because it was very cold and they told us they didn't have them.
-They were supposed to clean the room but the towels were not changed
-The travel agency gave us a bottle and we took it to the hotel to enjoy (being in a place with so many vineyards we didn't see the problem) when they saw that we opened a bottle they charged us $800 for corkage! 🤬
-The attitude of one of the employees was terrible, she treated us terribly.
-They let other guests eat pizza in the jacuzzi in the common area
The truth is, if you have the option to stay somewhere else, do it.

Service was so poor, there is no price list for some items. The fee for bringing your own bottle of wine is not disclosed, be careful, you’re in a wine country.
We showered with warm/cold water everyday.
Won’t go back, there are plenty of options around.

Lovely and unique setting with sweeping views of Valle De Guadalupe!
The cabins are just as they appear online, clean, beautifully decorated, with cozy bedding. The staff are welcoming and attentive. We were not able to stay as long as planned due to a family emergency, but definitely plan to return.

We had a great time at this spot! My wife and I visit the valle all the time and so far this has been our favorite place to stay. The service was great, the room is super clean and nice and the pool/spa with fire pits and seating were super cool. It’d be a great spot for a big group get together. It’s right by las nubes and some other good wineries .
10/10 we’ll definitely come back !

Best glamping ever! Super nice and very welcoming. We took a tour with the racers and it was so much fun. They’re very accommodating and helpful. We even ate at their restaurant and the food was super yummy. Felt super safe and relaxed. Can’t wait to be back!
